OK here's how this will work, someone will present a senario, and people will talk about it for a little while, then when they reach a conclusion someone else will come up with a new senario sound good? Oh and it has to be a "What would you do if..." senario ok? Ok I'll start it.

What would you do if you turned on the TV one evening and the president ((Not neccacarily Bush any president in the future but not far in the future think 10 years or so)) was on with a speech paper in hand and a solemn look on his face as he said:

"Good people of the United States of America...Three days ago, XX XXXXX, 20XX...I signed a declaration of war against the People's Republic of China in retaliation to their invasion of our allies Taiwan. In response to this North Korea has declared war on us...Japan has pledged their full support to us as well. As of this moment our allies who have pledged support of our war with China are: Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Israel, India, Japan, Italy, Austrailia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, South Korea, Egypt, and South Africa. The nations which have pledged loyalty to China are: North Korea, Russia, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, New Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, among others. We stand now upon the brink of war...Upon the eve of World War 3. I wish I could tell you what the outcome will be, but sadly I do not know. Due to the circumstances, a few laws will be put into place: Number one, all men registered to vote must report to your local draft station to apply for the draft. We will also no longer have many of the comforts we currently enjoy available to us, due to the fact that China produces many of our goods. I understand that these terms are harsh, but I know, that if we pull together as one nation, under God, that we can obtain victory just as our ancestors before us gained victory over the Nazi Party of Germany many years ago. Thank you, and good night..."

Now what would you all do if you saw that on TV?

well I did say 10 years from now so you would be 24 and eligable for the draft. I would most likely end up volunteering to go to war for the simple matter that, this war would be very important. Yeah I know that it would be incredibly dangerous and I may not come back alive but I would fight anyway.

stare ...Jason...Ok 4 things, the first is that the person you should get your revenge on is George Bush, if it wasn't for him your brother wouldn't be there in the first place...And second, we had no reason what so ******** ever to be in Iraq, Saddam Hussien possed no threat to us, he had no WMD's and the weapons he did have were out dated Soviet technology which didn't stand a chance against our weapons. Third, Bush just wanted Iraq's oil. And finally 4 ((This is a 2 part answer)), a...you don't even know if you would be deployed in the Middle East and b...Please never say anything like that again because I took that as racism towards the people of Iraq who suffered far more in 50 years under oppressive rule under Saddam than your brother did in 10 seconds of a burning Black Hawk, I'm sorry to be so straight forward but the truth ******** hurts dude.

Bush launched a preemptive strike against Iraq since Iraw was trying to get the oil fields themselves. With the money coming from the oil fields, Iraq would have been able to purchase nuclear and/or biochemical weapons. That's the reason why Bush said the U.S. went to war. the mistake we're really making is trying to go after Iran now.

America lives up to their saying "World must be safe for democracy."
I would mostly likely be drafted to the war.
