Hoho, the Emperor's Headdress. That's an item I don't see often. The only person I've seen it on is someone who was wearing a glitched avatar (from long ago, not the 3rd anniversary ball). It's a cute glitch. His journal is set up so that his avatar faces right if it's standing on the left, but faces left if it's standing on the right. When he faces right, he wears the Emperor's Headdress. But when he faces left, you see his unglitched avatar, which looks totally different.
