I have succesfully finished Fable: Lost chapters. It was a really easy game confused but it was uber fun! My favorite type of game is a medievil rpg, and there aren't many of them, so when I find one I love it to peices. Who else thought it was way to easy to kill jack of blades when he was that dragon dealio...it was like, wham wham wham and he was dead.
Discuss: Other medievil/fantasy rpgs Fable Whatever else

Well, it's not medevil, it takes place during WWII, but Shadowhearts: Covenant is one of the best RPG's out there. At least, as far as I'm concerned.

Just a little note:
This could definitely turn out to be an awesome thread, but a better title might be in order. sweatdrop I was just coming in here really with the intent to delete until I saw what it was about.
Just a simple thing like: "Midevil RPGs" or something to that effect would be fine. *shrugs*

I didn't get to play that Fable but I did get to play the x-box version one and loved it to pieces, but Jack was a little too easy by the time you get to the end. Almost like the monsters don't really level up with you.
But... Oblivion with that same midevil feel is another good game where the AI builds up in difficulty with you which is awesome and no matter who plays it and how many times it is never the same experince I feel. And how you can customize soooo much! Dispite the fantacy aspect of it, the towns and problems are still very much midevilish.

I'm like going to buy the Elder Scrolls; Oblivion in a few hours and I'm so looking forward to it. I love that kind of RPG's. I've played Fable on the x-box, it was really fun (esspecially when your evil twisted ) but it was a little to short. I had expected more form the game.

Wait, aren't most modern RPGs really based off of a Medieval setting?
Just saying >.>

Midgear Wait, aren't most modern RPGs really based off of a Medieval setting? Just saying >.> Yeah, most RPGs have fantasy elements. Even when they are in a futuristic setting, characters might use swords or magic, or have some other element that is very medieval. Which is just fine by me, since medieval RPGs are my favorite. It took me a while to adjust to the futuristic setting of Final Fantasy VII after having been raised on fantasy games.

I prefer the PC version. razz

Mmm... Fable. I haven't beat it, but it's awesome to watch my boyfriend play... and he beat when I wasn't watching scream One of these days I will do it! I have more fun running around making all the women in the towns fall in love, or at least get some major heartage.
Does it have to be a RPG? I love Age of Empires II!! Mmmm... Medieval warfare!
