Before we start I'd like everyone to know that I have a horrible headache right now and am just finishing one of my worst days in a long time. Sorry if I sound grumpy... please bear with me.
All the posisions that I'm looking to be filled may or may not be temporary. What happens in the long run depends on your dedication/ tallent/ and what happens when Char returns. I reserve the right to fire anyone I hire at any point for any reason.
Everyone everyone who is hired will be granted crew status in the guild. At this time this is only so you can check the 'Hidden' form for growing lists and updates (for those of you who want to know what's in the 'Hidden' subforum, don't worry it's nothing special... just Cyn's attempt to keep the forum neater =P). Any problems in the guild should still be directed to me.
I do not have a lot of the materials I need to run the shop properly. Char failed to give them to me when she left. I'm doing the best I can with the little I have. Please do not ask me when Char will be back. Well wishes in her general direction are apreciated, but I really don't know when she will return.
Colourists I don't know how many I will be hireing. I will keep this running untill I find at least one. You will recive 0 profits from your sales in the shop, but you will have to do growings for free. If you do an auction/raffle/flatsale of any kind, You will be responsible for running it, and you must clear it with me first. All PMs should be sent to TaurMule2006 NOT C.Y.N.! Any PMs on the subject sent to Cyn will be deleted without being read! I'm not jokeing!
If you are hired as a colourist you are expected to grow any taur you make to at least teens. Running an auction/flatsale then running off is not acceptable and I will expect all proceeds to be returned to the shop.
To apply you willl need to colour one or both of the following lineart. For the teen fox lineart please ungrow Petra. For the baby cattaur lineart please make a baby for Chane and Azure. (Yes, I know nothing of what I'm asking would acctulay happen in the shop =P shhh!!). Do not use the givin art to practice! Only colour the art if you intend on entering as a colourist!

Managers You need no artistic skill for this job, but I only need one. You will be responsible for making sure that the front page is kept updated (mainly checking to make sure the new taurs and growings are updated properly both on the front page and in the guild) and helping set the growing list. You do not need to help with auctions or events. As there is no source of income with this job you'll have to speak with Cyn about alternate payments. (Um... if you hang around long enough I'd be willing to give you a taur or something =P).
