RULESBe respectful to those who's opinions differ from yours. That goes for the people visiting here that aren't Sokkla shippers as well as the regulars. Just because someone has a different opinion doesn't make them wrong.If you want to flame Sokkla and tell us how it's "disgusting" then do it somewhere else. Make your own thread for it, I don't care, just don't do it here. You are allowed to disagree, but try to have some valid points please, instead of just telling us we're gross.If iTunes continues to put episodes up before their air dates, please put any spoilers in white so that they have to be highlighted to be read. Not everyone likes spoilers (aka anything pertaining to the plot of the episode) and we must respect each others wishes. If you must post the spoilers, do it in a way that only those that chose to have to read it.If you wish to be a "member" of this thread, simply join in the conversation and then send me a PM. EVIDENCESokka and Azula are a lot a like. They both value their father's approval above all else. Both of them are perfectionists who will not settle for second place. For them, failure is not an option. They both lie, cheat, steal, manipulate people, and use cheap shots to get what they think is best for the people/things they care about. They're both incredibly intellegent, and can formulate plans as necessary.On top of that, besides all the natural Fire and Water symbolism that is applied to Zutara, there's Oma and Shu. Oma was dressed in red, Shu in blue. In the shot where they're kissing and Shu disappears, Oma has bangs like Azula while Shu has his hair pulled back like Sokka.Coincidences? Maybe. I don't think so.

I really don't care about Sokkla either way. I don't dislike it even though I ship Azumae, but since I do, I can't ship Sokkla too...

personally, im not huge with the whole Sokkla pairing. I mean, yea i guess it could possibly work? but i highly doubt it. They're too different. I mean, Azula is soo violent, strong-willed, quick tempered etc.. shes a mini tyrant. Sokka on the other hand is the opposite... hes not as strongly driven as she is, he kinda goes with the flow, and looks out for himself and those close to him, plus hes, well duh!!! its Sokka we're talking about here.. need i say more? i just think that they're goals, and desiresa are waaaaayyy too different, and id think a relationship would work.* i could see Sokka with Suki, or someone like that.* confused but hey, u never know... maybe Azula has a softer more gentle side we havent really seen yet?

Part of the problem is that you're giving Sokka WAY too much leway here. He isn't go with the flow at all. When things don't go like he planned them he starts to spazz out. He's just as stubborn and strong willed as Azula is when pushed to that limit.
Wait until I write my Sokkla fic, then you'll see what I mean.

tru, tru.. he'll probably always have some love for Yue... but i dont think i could see Sokka with Azula. Just because they're soo different, and they would clash on quite a few things. I think that Azula is a little too "tough" for Sokka... i think id rathe see Sokka get w/ Suki now, or maybe even Tai-Lee. *pardon my spelling* I just think that Azulas would need someone more "hard body." u nkow? but im not saying that SokkaXAzula cant happen, i just dont think it would work. sweatdrop
