Well i have a weimaraner. When he was really little we sent him to training for a few weeks because hes so hyper. The day he got back he was really calm and good, but the next day he was hyper again! He also jumps on people, bites, etc. But not me. He never does anything like that to me. Idk whats wrong with him lol. But i kinda need some tips. xd

How much time do you spend exercising him a day? Weimeraners are a very high-energy breed. They should have either a roughly two-mile run or at least an hour and a half of fetch every day in order to keep them calm and well-exercised. (At least, this is the requirement that was necessary to keep the German Shorthaired Pointers I knew behaving well around the house, and if anything GSPs can be more relaxed than Weimeraners.) A well-exercised dog is a more well-behaved dog.
Sending a dog away to be trained is very rarely of any use. If you want a dog to be trained well and to work well with you, you have to take the dog to the class and be its primary trainer. You need to make sure the dog respects you and you need to know what you can and can't expect of the dog, not to mention that you need to get into the habit of using what the dog learns in everyday life. If the command is not used, it will quickly deteriorate.
For nipping and biting, you need to enlist other's help in him as well as making sure that he isn't underexercised. Ignoring a dog until he behaves and sits quietly, then rewarding the dog with lavish praise, is a good recipe to curtail nipping and jumping. When the dog jumps, simply instruct the person he jumps at to step backwards or to the side and otherwise ignore him.

Neutering will not solve everything. Though I'm sure it'd help some; try playing with your dog more. More exercise possibly? neutral
