So...yeah...who's your favorite BL and/or yaoi mangaka? I was just curious and bored...and hence this thread.
At the top of my list, Naona Bohra. Oh yes. Beautiful work.
Then there's Touko Kawai (Cut and Bondz, unreleased in the USA), Yamane Ayano (Crimson Spell, Viewfinder and others), Makoto Tateno (Yellow), and tons of others. But those are very likely my top four. XD

I voted for Yamane Ayano cuz I love everything she has created and her artwork is beautiful.
But... I have to give recognition to Touko Kawai cuz CUT is my favorite yaoi manga.

Ichiko Ima. She doesn't do hardcore stuff, but I love her art.
Kazuma Kodaka is great, too; I used to be totally addicted to Kusatta.

I love Renka! Yep, I've read it, it was pretty good. I really liked the fact that the ending wasn't definite. For once something different! Another great BL artist I can think of is Fumi Yoshinaga. She's my personal goddess. xD

She does mainly humorous stuff. Some of her most famous works are Gerard et Jacques, Ichigenme wa Yaruki no Minpou, Solfege (all of these have been scanlated) and Antique Bakery. She does pretty hardcore stuff from what I've read O.o I don't think I've heard of her, but I'm not good with names unless the artist is one of my favs, so I might have seen some of her works since I read a lot of random stuff. Do you know any good sites with info on her manga and some sample art that you could recommend? =3
