Some people are doing something where they take a simple itemand keep trading it for another item until they reach thier goal.Well,I'm trying it,but I'm starting a little higher with a CN Scarf.Then I thought we might try it one day.Do you guys think it is a good idea?

I wonder if that was due to a special on ABC news where a guy in real life started with a paperclip and traded it up to an apartment.

You just trade your stuff for kinda the same price at the thing you want until you get something more expensivet than the item you started out with? D: Sounds impossible.

Sounds more like exchange/vend whoring. When you buy an item on the exchange, sell it on the marketplace for a bit more, and then upgrade slowly that way.
That's how I've been getting my gold for my quest. I started out with the mole and now I have 215k... and I would have 230k + kiki + coco + all of the current 2oo6 items if it weren't for my stupid marketplace mishap.

I saw a guy trying to go from a single blue daisy to an OMG, so far he's up to trading a (something) rod +

yeah i've heard about that guy waay back when, hes been all over the place
started with that paper clip traded it for a fish pen or something
and just kept trading and hes got some pretty insane things
like a snowmobile which he traded for a trip i think

This is kinda like the game my friends play at their church. They go around the neighborhood starting out with something small, and need to trade it for something bigger that the people who own it don't need. So like a flowerpot next, and so on. Someone once gave my friend a couch, and another time a fridge.
Which were all donated to charity XD <3

I think it's a really cool idea. I dont know how well it would work, but I'd love to take part in a trade. So if you do start let me know blaugh
I remember seeing the thread in the Exchange, but After I looked at it once, i didnt get to check back.
