Kakashi, obviously...hence why he's an all powerful Jounin, one of the best, and Iruka is a lowly Chuunin. neutral

Kakashi or Iruka? Really tough call since I like both characters a lot. However, I'll go with the underdog, Iruka. He's got a kind heart, and was the first to acknowledge Naruto. Despite the fact that fight-wise, Kakashi is badass and is a Jounin, I think Iruka is fine just where he is as a Chuunin schoolteacher.

Who is the best... at what? Flower arranging? Probably Kakashi. He's probably copied some mad-note flower arranging skills in his days. >.>
In terms of skills, obviously Kakashi. Hence the reason that he is a highly respected, country known Jounin.
In terms of who I like more... I don't really care for either of them. sweatdrop
