Spells and Abilities (8 Slots)
Flight - Perform aerial acrobatics regardless of wing size! This spell allows fairies to propel themselves through the air at will. Can only be cast on self. (5pts)
Minor Healing - Cause cuts and bruises to heal faster. (15pts)
Hasten - This spell causes the target to move quickly for a brief period of time. To the target, it appears as if everything around them is moving slower. May be cast on self. (15pts)
Fleet Report
Anthemius's naivete and tendency to spread rumors have endeared him to some and made enemies of others in the Fleet. Though he is certainly a good-natured enough feien, he requires close supervision. The Fleet has been unable to find a suitable bond for him within its ranks. While the civilian program is expected to begin as early as next year, it would be too long for Anthemius, so the Fleet has decided to attempt Gaian placement.
Anthemius's bond in the Fleet was Hanami Satou, a communications technician. While she has great affection for the little fairy, she is an active-duty officer and does not have the time to supervise Anthemius constantly.
Anthemius has been classed a medium to high security risk, not because he bears the Fleet any ill will (ont he contrary, he likes it), but because he has a tendency to spill secrets. While his memory is not great, the Fleet cannot afford to take the chance that he remembers something potentially dangeorus and repeats it. Because of this, Anthemius has undergone major memory erasure to remove all knowledge of the Fleet's personnel and locations. As his mind is senile, the process was particularly difficult. Aftereffects of the memory erasure may persist for up to four weeks. These include short- and long-term memory loss.
Please note that Anthemius was not the sharpest crayon in the box prior to the memory procedure and that any memory problems which exist after four weeks are in fact a permanent facet of his personality and existed prior to the memory erasure. They are not resultant from the fleet's memory modification procedures.
