Undershipped Creation/Maintenance
To start up or create a pairing under the guild you must first send me a PM with at least 10 other signatures vouching for you to become the pairing leader from there you may create a thread with a title for the pairing or just the pairing's name. After this is done you will automatically be promoted to Crew to monitor your own thread.
Within this thread you must reserve the first slot to be used for this thing:
You must lable yourself lead of the thread and then list all the members of the pairing (including those who signed the signature.)
This is so that we can tell who is part of which shipping to help keep order. You can prettify as much as you like (adding graphics and such) to the first post, but you MUST have the things just mentioned.
From here you can reserve up the 14 of the post after the first one (the entire first page of the thread) and add what you please or change whatever you want (except for the required mentioned above.)
Note: You may already see a thread for your shipping, but please check the 7th post to see if they are on the offical roster. While temporary threads for pairings are allowed in the guild, when you become the leader for the pairing you over-ride theirs. You must start a new one in order to reserve the first post in your thread, from there you can link back to the old non-offical one.
These no-leader threads for pairings are not recognized offically by the guild, they are allowed if there are simply not enough people (or they cannot agree to a leader.)

-Fanart Archive (I suggest creating a gallery for back up)
-3rd Party Resources (Fansites, shrines, etc)
-Banners (Highly recommended)
-Internal Rank (Holds weight within the thread, not in the guild itself)
-Q&A Section
Thread Rules:You are in charge of making the rules of your thread, if they are disobeyed or broken you have the rights and privleges as the thread leader to ban them from posting in the thread in the future. Any violation from this ban will result in a Guild Ban. You do not have jurisdiction outside of your own thread.
Also any effects made by the Captain or Vice-Captain to one of your members will over-ride your thread power. You may appeal or petition for their case however.
Power Abuse:If you are caught abusing your power and randomly banning people from inside or outside your guild your crew status will be demoted until further notice, also with this demotion comes with temporary suspension of your thread unless there is a second-in-command (vice thread leader) to be given the status to.
Consecutive Strikes:If you consistently abuse the system and use the guild or thread for its not intended purposes, or abuse your power multiple times you will be permanently demoted and never allowed to return to crew status. You also might even be banned from the guild depending on the severity of the case.
Thread Suspension/Deletion:Once a thread has gone up and holds the banner of a pairing, even if the leader leaves the thread will still be up. If for some reason the leader wishes to have the Thread removed or deleted then he/she may initiate a vote to the members (through the poll) in which the ratio of yays to nays needs to be 2.5(yays):1(nays.)
If there is no leader and the members want to get rid of the thread, then you may contact a higher level Crew, Vice-Captain or Captain to create a poll for them to delete the thread. The ratio for a no-captain thread must be 3(yays):1(nays) for deletion to occur.
Thread suspension may also occur when the thread becomes derailed, the leader loses control, the members are causing problems for other threads within the guild or other reasons. The thread will simply be locked until further notice.
Thread deletion will only occur if multiple thread suspensions occur and continually disobey our warnings from the guild. The thread will then be wiped and all crossed out in the stickies. The thread may not be revived, however if another person wishes to stand up they may take on the role as a new thread leader and create another thread shipping the same pairing (after they complete the requirements above.)
