Who is the toughest optional boss in any Final Fantasy game to you...was it any of the weapons from FF7, omega weapon from FF8? tell me who and why.

i would say my toughest boss was and still is Ozma from FF9....that b*****d wont go down gonk scream

i say omega from FF8. dude was pretty hard. i was struggling to be invincible the whole time cause one hit can kill everyone

Ozma was kinda easy for me. The weapons on ff7, without the knights' summon, were VERY hard. It took me much time to beat them.

(I'd have to say Omega was the hardest, Ozma took longer but none of his attacks were all that devastating. Nemesis... well he took so long to get to fight in the first place that I was a god by the time I got to fight him and he was immediately a play thing for me. and the weapons on FF7..... I've begun time attack them to see how fast I can kill them.... my record is now 2:33 for Emerald and 1:49 for Ruby so yeah.. I'd have to say Omega is the harderst... in my opinion/experiences at least))

Omega from FFVIII.
He still drives me nuts! I can't beat him. Everytime I make an attempt to do so, I forget about having enough Holy wars or something like that. Something always goes wrong stressed
Ozma, yeah he's annoying but... Well, he's justa rainbow ball of doom. That's all he is and I find it alittle hard to be mad at a ball.

Well I can say I did have trouble with those but they weren't the hardest to me. I would have to go with all those custom and area monsters the old guy at the arena in the calm lands of ffx are the hardest I have faced as of far. I have beaten all the others, but with no real "leveling" system in ffx it makes it a little harder to collect enought spheres and make everyone super strong to defeat them. So far, I have killed none. crying

I did find Ozma annoying but Omega drove me crazy! I still haven't beaten him (and I want to just ignor him lol) so I a, playing that game everyday this summer determined to win! ^.^

i found omega eazy at first because i just used holy wars. after i tried to beat him without holy wars and without limit breaks. i died horribly sad

I've never played final fantasy viii, i wouldn't know about all that omega stuff, but, final fantasy vii's ultima weapon turned out to be a worthy opponent, except it didn't take that long to kill considering all of my characters had limit breaks right at the second i started facing him. twisted
