Well, last time I wore lolita to school, I got a compliment by a girl on the ride to school on my skirt. It was cold so I wore a coat over my top.

When we were getting on the ride home she saw me without my coat and said, "Ohhh a stripper maid." WHAT THE HELL!? I was stunned. Speachless. I couldnt say anything untill I got home.

Anyone else with similar stories? Or NICE stories?

I've had mostly good comments ^x^. People piss me off when they say mean things like that. Poo on them.

Many people, including my biology teacher, said something like this, "Other people try to pull off your style, but they can't."
Lots of people say I look cute-blah blah blah.
And some girls said I had balls...I don't know if that was a nice thing or not. sweatdrop
The best compliment I ever gotted was this,
"Oh! You're so cute! If you were any cuter I'd have to put you behind glass."

heart heart I wish someone would put me behind glass.

Aw... heart

I only got called a whore sad and someone though I had dressed up for Rennisance (sp?) Fair. xd I also got the occasional 'I like your dress.'

Sort of OT: I was showing my cousin's husband the GL Bible, and he said it was wierd and wrong. His wife loves the clothes though. whee

Eh. I don't know, but I find myself more angry when people call me a french maid when I had on my lolita dress.
mad
And people did call me a slut. But then there were the random people who called me cute and took pictures.

Maybe the next time I wear my loli dress it'll be different? Or maybe I'll just get an even cuter- blue or pink- dress so people won't call me a bloody maid. mad

I haven't wore lolita in a while. Mostly because right now it's golf season, which sucks, because it's nice and warm and I'd love to dress up. crying
but I remember once I wore lolita and I was called cute a few times. And some people asked what the occasion was for

I go to a private, Catholic school that requires uniforms sad After I get my lolita dress I plan to wear it on dress down days (actually, I plan to have a variety to wear on those days). I got a lot of attention over my chocker necklace in the lolita style, so with the dress I can only imagine.... ((sad thing is I'm not one for attention, I'm very shy, I tend to avoid bringing attention to myself...))

I haven't worn it to school. >.<;;
I'm so scared of doing that. n.n; I plan to wear it all of next year+, so I've been trying to get my friend to switch to my school for support. n.n;; But, she can't, now, so I'm trying to go to her's. =0
I hope I can, otherwise I don't know what I'd do. ,_, The people here are so cruel. >.<;;;

People in my school are cruel too (and I'm even at a Catholic school) My problems are mostly with the seniors, I'm so glad that they'll be gone soon! Well... only sort of, because my best friend at school is a senior... *pouty face*

Whenever I wear lolita in college I get a lot of quiet stares. I'm in the theater department a lot, so most of my reaction that I actually get to my face are positive ones, but as for outside the theater, I can't be sure. Not many people are brave enough to actually say anything to my face about the way I dress. Which is fine. I don't wanna deal with them, anyway. xd

I recently got back from Disneyland, and some people took my picture and quite a few workers there recognized it as lolita. I was very surprised and excited. The Mad Hatter even complimented me! 4laugh
Just be careful of how much you look like the characters there, they mightn't let you in (( I made a big post about it if you care to read up on my adventure to Disneyland ^_^))
