((OOC: -eyes at the title and hides- Er... well... I couldn't think of anything else! XD;;; ))

It was a crisp, cool morning, and whispy, white clouds were scattered feather-like across the pale blue horizon. There was a slight breeze; one that blew gently through the park, brushing light fingers against the leaves of the trees and rustling them together. The grass was lush and green, and little droplets of dew still clung to them from the previous night's frost. Here and there, clusters of brightly-coloured yet delicate-seeming flowers bloomed, petals turned upwards toward the sun.
There were not too many people in the park that morning, but there was an unusual duo making their way along the lightly coloured gravel path that ran through one section of the park.

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.

"Kei makes too much noise," a creature that resembled a winged onion, of all things, complained to the girl whose shoulder it was riding upon. "Zoo-ree think Kei should be quiet."
"I'm walking as quietly as I can!" the girl, Keilyna, protested. "You're just lucky, able to fly without making a sound... why don't you grow legs and try walking yourself?"
The winged onion was indignant.
"Zoo-ree not want legs!" it chittered at its guardian. "Legs funny. Wings better!"

Crunch-crunch-crunch-crunch-crunch-crunch-crunch!

A jogger passed by the duo, feet crunching on the gravel much louder than Keilyna's ever had. He stared at the girl as he passed her, for she appeared to be talking to herself, and seemed to be quite crazy. Once the jogger had disappeared around a clump of trees, Kei protested, "See, Zuri? I'm really walking quite quietly compared to everyone else in this park, you know! If I walked on the grass, I'm sure it would be much quieter, but I might start squishing plants by accident if I did."
"Kei should walk faster. Zoo-ree bored."
"But if I walk faster, I'll make more noise!"
Zuri hmmphed in frustration.
"Kei can do whatever, then. Zoo-ree go EXPLORING!"
With that, the puff launched itself off Kei's shoulder and zoomed off and away down the path.
"Zuri, wait for meeeeeee!" Kei cried, rushing after her Wethkin.
As she ran after her puff, her feet crunched madly away on the gravel.

CRUNCH-CRUNCH-CRUNCH-CRUNCH-CRUNCH!!!

Knees were pressed into the cool, moist grass as the girl leaned over with a grin. Fingers spread and dipped into the chilly waters of the pond located within the center of the park. She quickly whisped them across the surface, causing sprinkles of glittering liquid into the air. Each one sparkled within the sky for a moment, grasping the illumination cast downwards from the sun. The girl watched them with eager joy, giggling as they submerged into the waters, joining as one once again.

It would almost seem as though she were splashing something, or someone. Perhaps playing with someone else? But to the others, nothing could be seen. If only they could have seen it through Allure's eyes.

There was Rune, floating and hovering above the water, relishing in the pure joy of being out of the house and out and about. The Wethkin was rather oblivious to the fact that the others could not see her, although she did catch the oddly raised eyebrows that people would cast towards Allure. Neither of them really cared either way, they were having so much fun!

"Eie... I'll get you!" Rune squeaked eagerly, as she just barely missed being assulted by another falling waterfall of liquid. Allure smirked, and pushed her shoulders lower, letting her hands cup into the pond once again. With one swift move, the waters came roaring at Rune again. Her hair just barely caught a droplette, and she pretended that she was shot.

"Argh..! A hit..! A horrible hit!" Rune gasped in an overdramatic manner, grabbing at her chest as though it were bleeding. Allure rolled her eyes, still grinning.

"I think you've been watching a little too much television..." She snickered, and held her arms out, anticipating a quick embrace. Rune shook her head, a sly look curling along her lips.

"Oh yeah! Well.. maybe I'll be a famous acting Wethkin one day? We'll see..!" She gave a 'humph!' but couldn't hold her laughter back. It was such a beautiful day, and she loved to be out and about ..

Just as she turned to flutter above the water, to see how she could give Allure a good splash. She caught a glimpse of something off in the near distance. Something by the bushes of the pathways.. Could that be ..? Another Wethkin..?

((OOC: Thank you! XD; Your descriptions are very pretty, by the way! ^^))

Crunchcrunchcrunchcrunchcrunch!

Swifter than any other onion before it, Zuri zoomed down the path, wings whirring like a frantic hummingbird's. It catapulted over a rather spiky looking specimen of bush, and saw...

Rainbows?!

Zuri slid through the air and abruptly halted, hovering in one spot to observe the scene before its eyes.
Grass... pond... human... and- could it be?
Wethkin!

The Wethkin was the most colourful Wethkin that Zuri had ever seen in its (rather short, as of yet) life, and, in its unremarkable onion state, it felt oddly shy. Not to mention that the other Wethkin had progressed past being a puff, unlike all of Zuri's friends... and Zuri hadn't seen many Wethkin children before.
For the first time ever, the equinox puff's confidence deserted it.
Zuri ducked back behind the spiky bush (narrowly avoiding being skewered like onion on a satay stick), to unobtrusively observe the pair by the pond.

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch. Crunchcrunch!

As the flying onion disappeared from view, Keilyna appeared. The girl's steps slowed down as she reached the spot where she had last seen Zuri (in front of the bushes), then (as usual) her legs forgot what they were doing, and she tripped unceremoniously off the gravel and onto the cool, dew-speckled grass.

"Ah... um... Zuri?" she asked the air tentatively.
Being her usual unobservant self, she failed to notice not only Rune, but Allure, as well.
"Zoooo-reeeee!"
The girl looked straight at the other side of the spiky bush, thinking that it looked rather like the hair of a few anime characters she could name.
She didn't see Zuri.
Zuri didn't reply.
"I seem to have misplaced my Wethkin again..." the equinox puff barely a few feet away heard its guardian groan.
