No way. That'd be too obvious--which is what everyone says, but it's pretty true.
And Aang's too young and too old at the same time. I mean, one could argue that he's twelve--kind of little for Katara--and one could ALSO argue that he's one hundred and twelve. Yeah. Old.

Maybe one day. But hearts also--this is something that seems to evade shippers--CHANGE. A childhood crush does NOT necessarily mean "true love." People go through numerous marriages looking for the right fit.
So even if they do start holding hands, it won't necessarily end that way. Who knows?
Personally, the ship from CoTL that I support is Oma/Shu.

No, I seriously doubt it. It seems like to Katara it would be like dating a little brother, and that is just plain wierd.

I personally am a Xcore Kataang shipper. It's obvious that they're going to end up together at one point, I mean that whole ordeal with the Fortune teller, and we all know that Aang likes Katara.
I'm guessing that most of you are all Zutara shippers too right?
Oh! I'm not saying that Aang and Katara are going to like get married and grow old together, because they are only 12 and 14, but they will end up getting together at one point.

Actually, I am strongly against Zutara. I mean, even if Zuko does turn "good" (which I'm sure he will) him and Katara are just way to different. And I don't think Katara would ever be able to forget about what Zuko once was.
I'm personally a fan of Katara+Haru. I hope we see more of him in the second season, seeing as it is Earth and all.

 -----+-----%%  How I feel about Zutara-  I also can't stand the thought of SokkaxAzula. Ewie! They wouldn't work if they were the last two people of the opposite sex on earth! AangxKatara seems kind of cute to me, but I don't think it'll turn out like that. This show has a really good concept of changing concepts fairly unexpectedly. %%-----+-----

I mean, Aang's friends pretty much shunned him and they were going to send him away from Gyatso; he ran away before that though. Zuko, it seems like everyone in his family except for his uncle hates him, as do the high officials, and we don't know about him having any friends. Mae might have been his friend. Or not. His daddy abused him. He then traveled in an angst boat with an unloyal crew for almost three years, in a futile, obsessive search for the Avatar. Then his ship blew up. Then he lived as a fugitive from the country he loves, running from his sister who hates him. xd

Aang has no family, and hasn't have even a nation to belong to any more, and that whole being kept secluded from everyone.
I say that they have equally tragic pasts, because poor Zuko got beat down by his own dad...
