Yeah, it's pretty cool. I'll take this class and DL a dictionary, and maybe use it in a Gaian language thread. |

OMG, Grae, you're such a dork. Why aren't you doing homework? No one will EVER use this. |

Guda morn, klas! Good morning, class. You've probably met me already - I'm Sensei Grae, and I'll be your Leerdor, teacher, or if you really want to be polite, your Laoshi. Guild master Maeth was so kind as to rent me this classroom to teach my first class - Gaian 101.
In this class, we'll be covering the basics of this wonderfully simple language. In Gaian there are only 16 simple rules that you need to learn. We'll be going through those slowly, about 3 at a time. By the end of this course you'll be able to write or read ANYTHING in Gaian. If we have time, I will also give a quick lesson on Gaigo and Gaiyu, which are the "cool" and "smart" ways to speak.
Near the end of the course, I would love to e-mail (or make otherwise available) some easy reference sheets and the official Gaian dictionary (with roughly 4,000 words) so that you can easily use Gaian to chat with other Gaians on a language thread - chat, write poetry, make Gaian manga, etc.
I think this class will be very enjoyable (and not at ALL difficult), so I invite you to come study with me.
I'll be updating this thread once or twice a week.
So, first things first - ROLL CALL! As soon as I have at least 5 students, I'll start. If you are 'here' and ready to take this class please say Har!

Ow! What was that for?
Hmm, I just realized that this class may be rather small...we don't have many daily-active members (or even weekly-active)

Well, at least a small class means it will be easy to get the teacher's attention if you need help or have a question...
*puts up binder fortress to sheild against any further barrage of paper balls*
