Ok, ok. I know, what does Anorexia have to do with a mental disorder? Well, I couldn't find a subforum and well, this is the closest to it.
From the 2nd week of March to the 2nd week in April I was anorexic. Why you ask? Well, I felt fat. Some part of me actually knew I'm fat. You see all these celebrities all skinny and stuff. And you're like, "Wow, if I was skinny my whole life would change."
It doesn't. My anorexia started out by me basically forgetting my lunch or money.
Then, I started lying. crying
My friends knew I was lying, but they wanted to know why. They didn't find out until, they asked me why as was so moody and I blew up on them telling them I hadn't eaten in three days.
They're like, "Why?"
And I said, "Because, I'm ******** fat." That really felt good to me. I thought I was really gaining my sanity, ya know? But really, I was losing self - esteem.
So, while I wasn't eating...
arrow I was losing energy
arrow My grades were dropping
arrow Got sick easily
arrow Sat on the front of the bus so I could have more energy to walk home
I'm better and I just asked my mom for a therapist, I hope this works.

If you really want to change and reconize that you have a problem, I'm sure you'll be fine smile I'm proud that you're asking for help instead of being part of the many who say "I did that, it didn't help" sometimes, I think many of those people don't really want to heal. Remember that anorexia can make you actually make you gain weight. Just find a veggie that you can snack on really well. I love baby carrots so whenever I'm hungry but get that horrible thought "I eat too much" I just shove them in my mouth... haven't turned orange yet wink

well I am glad you have admitted that you are/were anna....
I was annorexic for about three months at the begging of this year...
But it was weird, I wasn't think "IM fat" It was just that I wouldn't eat.. I stoped completly, I wasn't hungrey.... My mum noticed and took me to a doctor.. Turns out I have Seliac Disease (a gluten intolarance) and Annorexic is just one of the symptoms...
AI dont think comparing your self to celebrities, because, most of them are annorexic, and its unhealthy, if you think your fat, just talk to someone, do a little exercise, eat a bit healthier...
