i love the art for these character designs whee
But what are the extra zords underneath Titanus from?
Red Mobile Armor Vehicle
Titanium Land Crawler
Samurai Zord
Even though they all sound like they could come from one series or another after Dai Ranger, I know what probably wasn't the intent since these drawings came up in order to integrate Dai Ranger and Zyu Ranger in America.

The armored vehicle and land crawler are designs for machines for Light Speed rescue. The red armored vehicle actually made it into the show.
The Samurai Zord was the equivilant of Ryuseioh which had a motorcycle part.

Those images are from a book called "Super Sentai History" I think. Covers from GoRanger up to GaoRanger.
The top image you posted is the Zyu 2 designs. When Saban wanted to keep the normal 5 rangers suits for season 2 of MMPR, Toei Japan actually designed them a whole new set of 'upgrades" to the normal Zyu Mechs. However, Saban was cheap and said he didn't want to pay to have the new designs made. It's a shame really, because I think the upgrade designs look pretty kewl.
Some of the concepts designs for Titanus/King Brachion I think just look badass, particularily the one with all the spikes everywhere. I so want to get this book if I can find it.

Tis a shame that Saban didn't have the mind to use those things...They probably would've made an interesting storyline out of that, had they not used the original Zyuranger stuff and cut and pasted it ><;
