Long ago in the lands of fantasy their lived a great, and powerful dragon who would boast about his mightiness. The dragon could fly higher, last longer, fight harder, and roar louder than any other in the land.
One day the elder dragon was losing his fire, and the only way for him to survive was if he had fire from the sun. The powerful dragon said, "I shall get the fire, for only I can get to the sun." and he set off to go. The beat of his wings, however, was too much for the ground below, and he was pulled back to the ground. A lowly dragonfly watched this scen, and quietly slipped away to get to the sun. She got there, and flew back as quick as her flaming wings would take her.
The boastful dragon looked at her in confusion, "I don't understand, how did you do it?"
The dragon fly looked up at him, "I may be small, but determination is a passionate fire that fuels me."
Moral: Don't let the big guys block your determination...and beware of boastfulness.
