You know, most forest creatures like to run about naked. The animals, simply because they don't use clothes, and the Fay because, well, they just liked being naked. So, Medeine, fault of her guardians, was a fan of dancing in the woods nude, surprisingly never getting sunburnt. The luck of the Fabled, no?
So... Was she running about in her skin? Not yet, she'd only been wandering through the sunlit trees for maybe an hour. As it was, she'd left her knapsack, jacket, shoes, and... Pants... At the edge of the trees. The blonde was now walking along the edge of a river, up to her knees in water, her longsleeved shirt's sleeves rolled up, the garment coming to her mid-thigh.
She didn't mind being alone in the woods, really, there were plenty of things to entertain her, and she prefered it to the strange world that she had been brought into.

And, who better to bask in the sun than a red dragon, lying upon rocks in a river, the sun tanning his well-toned muscles. Water cascaded over his legs and thighs, and his tail curled around a small rock, arms and wings splayed to the side as his eyes were shut.
He looked... rather peaceful, for a dragon.

Oooh, Dragon...
Coming to a stop, water swirling around her, a sly grin lit her features before fading into a playful smile that tugged at the corners of her mouth. Deine remembered him, of course, after all, he HAD "choked" her, hadn't he? She liked him; had held him once he'd passed out, before Morgan had made her leave.
Easily climbing up onto a rock, she stepped on a few of them and moved closer to the boy without a sound... Seconds later and the pretty blonde was kneeling at his side, trying not to laugh.
"How fare thee, dear Dragon? 'Tis nice to see another take pleasure in these rays of warmth!"

An eye opened lazily as he shifted his pupils to look at her, his expression stoic. "I never did catch your name..." And then a huff after a brief pause.
"Not that I care."

Holding the damp edges of her shirt in each hand, she curtsied on the rock, and looked up at him from above her now trademark mirrored shades, blue eyes sparkling.
"Medeine. 'Deine to those those that care not."
With that done, she sat, legs stretched out and crossed at the ankles, and continued to regard him.
"And thee, Drowsy Lord? What might I call thee?"

A grunt was given for her answer. What should he care of other Fables? His business, as well as his name, was his own. No one was going to take that from him unless by force.
Curling his fingers, he let his eyes slowly close again, his muscles relaxing as the water kept flowing.

"Then Lord shall be thy name to me."
She seemed to accept his answer, or, non answer as it was, and reached out to run a gentle hand over Tasius' tan skin, to red scales. Warm. Inquisitively, she raised a brow.
"Hath thee always been this? I ask that thee speak with me, Lord, for I burn with curiousity."

His eyes slanted open, and he ignored her touch. Tasius could get used to this name... Lord.
"Been like what...?" He was cautious, now, and let his wing shift in thought. Just what did she want to know...?

"Winged..."
Of course, that was no longer of importance. Her blue eyes narrowed, and she bent, so she could see into his yellow ones. There it was. That... Spark. A strange smile curved her lips, and when she spoke, it was in a lower, huskier tone than before. Preoccupied.
"Within thee... Drowsy Lord... Lies an irrecusable effulgence of such a magnitude.... That it's very force belies... Thy own nature."
A slight pause, and she straightened, turning to gaze down at the running water.
"Do not condemn my words... For belaudment, for 'tis naught but.... Truth which... Fluxates from not one such mind.... But rather a... Communial reticulum."
Now she yawned, one slim hand coming up to cover her mouth, and now her voice seemed stronger, certain of her words, however confusing they might be.
"'Tis a certain comprehension of such a thought... That shall liberate thee.... From thy madness."
A smile drifted onto her face, and she turned her head to regard him over her shoulder.
"Thou would do well to heed my words, Lord, for power doth grow in direct proportion to wisdom... Thou doth desire power, dost thee not?"

Honestly, the only thing that he understood... was power.
And he certainly didn't want anyone else's help in getting it! But, that look in her eyes... just what was she up to?
Instantly, he thought of Eileis, and faltered, rising from the water now. Anger was in his eyes, but he said nothing, his claws goring the rock underneath of him as he curled into a gargoyle-like position, staring at her, his mouth growing hot.

"Oooh... The passion that grows within thee, Lord, I can feel it from where I stand."
When she laughed, it was pure, of joy and honest affection. Now, she lightly jumped from the rock into the shallower water surrounding it, the liquid just reaching her knees, and peered up at Tasius curiously.
"Hath thee no desire for companionship, Lord? Thou dost make it difficult indeed to take pleasure from."

Medeine had no idea what he spoke of in the second half of his statement, but she was almost affronted in the first part. Still, she wasn't the sort to take the insult to heart. For Tasius meant it as an insult. Her hand shot out, even as she continued to chuckle, and gripped his wrist, gaze warm as she smiled at him.
"Do not mistake me for a child, dear Lord, for I am farther from such a thing than thee shall ever be. That is, if thee continues on the path thee have found."
Tch. She wasn't without wits.

Ripping his hand away, Tasius snarled, raising his hand to strike her. "How DARE you!" His eyes were wide in anger, and his tail lashed aggressively as he leaned forward, opening his own self up for attack, but completely feral in his posture.
What was that saying... never anger a dragon, or something of the like?

Quirking a brow, Medeine kept that secretive smile, and let her hand drop, lifting the other to place a gentch finger against the center of his collarbone, to idlly show him how he exposed himself to an attacker.
"Thee must learn to... How do they say...? Ah... Chill. Thee must learn to... Chill, dear Lord."
