I heard someone say that KH3 was going to be on PS3, which is going to be $1000. o-o; My mom/dad are NEVER going to get it for me. D: I'm going to be so sad!

Ah--while the PS3'll be more expensive then the PS2, it's certainly not going to be 1k. Chill out. sweatdrop I seriously doubt it'll be more then $300. (But if it is, I'm screwed as well. eek )
And we'll know for sure if KH3's going to be on the PS3 when Tetsuya Nomura makes his announcement at E3.

Virtually all estimates have come up as around $500 - that's kinda a BIG difference, you know?

E3 is the Electronic Entertainment Expo.
It's essentially the biggest meeting of gamers and gaming companies in the world, and it takes place in May.
Companies announce all their new stuff, be it system or games, and show them off to the public.
I've heard the PS3's current estimate lies at about $600.
I want one, don't get me wrong, but I don't have that kind of money till I get a job.
There are PLENTY of games coming to the PS3 I really want... MGS4, DMC4, RE5, and those are just the sequels that we already know are going to happen. So that's not even counting all the new stuff we've yet to see.
I personally have my money down for a Revo, though, as I love Nintendo, and trust them completely. Especially after how amazing the DS is, and how much of an innovation it is.
The Revolution's gonna be fully unvieled this year at E3, so KH3's TOTALLY in the backseat to that, as far as I'm concerned.

PS3 is going to cost ~$800 to make and will be sold at about $400-$500. If Sony priced it at $800 no one would buy it, causing them to lose money. If they price it too low, there will be a large demand, causing them to lose even more money. Either way Sony will lose money, they just have to price it right so they don't lose too much. Sony's stock has already gone down from the rumors going around that the PS3 will cost too much. The real money lies with the games.
The KH team is going to work on a different game before they start KH3, right? Silly 558964 interviews.

And by the time the game comes out, the PS3 will cost probably...150-300, considering that X-Box and nintendo have released another system xD

Well I think it's been said enough that it's not going to be $1,000. That would be too much, but it's pretty cool KH3 PS3 lol. So the system will be about $300 On estimation or probably higher and then the game which may cost more or not since Xbox 360's games are like $60 bucks, some of them. It depends on how well the game is selling along side how well previous versions of the game sold. Personally I've always wanted to go to E3. I always watch G4tv to get all the scoop on new things. *sigh* Another dream I have. lol But I heard it's not open to the public....but I could be wrong confused .

Eh...
It is most likely coming out on PS3, which ensure perfect graphics if the damn disk spinning machine works correct, and better sound for sure.
If it's anything like the 360 or Revolution...
It's probably going to be in the 250's.
Just think about how much the DS was when it came out!

Anyhows, it better come out with the damn PS3!
So I can save up a crap load of cash and buy them all at once!

oh crap xD yeah $1000 is TOO MUCH and no one would ever buy it except rich people like Bill Gates D:
anyways, yeah I think it be about $500 :B it probably take awhile for PS3 to come out >_> maybe later in the year or sometime in the next few years LOL so you got some time to save. Don't think KH3 will come out any time soon either so you'll have time to save up for it! And maybe by then you can buy PS3 cause maybe it'll be a bit cheaper >___>

Hearing it cost ANY large sum of money is so disappointing. I have to save money for my three week trip to Europe (because I'm a music geek and I'm touring with American Music Abroad Dx ) and I have job that only pays $5.50 an hour, and I only work part-time. I should probably stop avoiding work so much... but I hate it... x_x
But, there will probably be a lot of time between the PS3 release and the KH3 release (because they're working on another project first, remember?) so that'll give you some time to save up-- or even buy a used system (which you could find within a few months-- my friend bought a used DS May of 2005 and it only came out a few months before then...
I made myself feel better now... crying I think...

I hear they're showcasing a different version of the controller at E3.
Anyways... I'm really not worrying about the PS3 right now...
I want a Reeeeeeeevo.
And they're going to a whole lot cheaper than both the 360 and the PS3, guaranteed.
But also, Nintendo's the only console company that makes money on each console unit they sell.
