Official Guide to Grammar.

Gunfire broke the pleasant tranquility of the early morn. A normal occurrence as NewbA knew that the trigger happy 128th mobile battalion awoke for early training sessions. Hauling a load of oil to his suit he heard distinct whistling sound of a bullet passing within inches of his head. Even though his ears were green he had been shot at in training. He knew well the feeling of a bullet coming deathly close to him.
Quickly he moved, remembering all that he had learned in training. Running as far from the oil as he could. For he knew if the oil were shot that his life would be taken with the explosion. Finding cover behind an old fork lift he retrieved the communicator from his belt.

"This is NewbA reporting! I have been shot at, I repeat! I have been shot at! This is no joke! Please send immediate support to my location!." Screamed NewbA, his voice was already beginning to grow horse.

"cn u rpete tht plz?" A squeaky little voice responded.

"What?! Who is this!?? Where is the commander?" NewbA screaming even louder now.

"cmmdr wnt ta lnch"

"What? I can't understand you! Please get the commander!"

"kay, i cn sea if i cn gett him."

"What was that?! What? I cannot understand you!!"

SOME TIME LATER

Sweat peels from NewbA's face as more gun-shots miss him by inches. The same squeaky voice fills the communicator.

"cmmder sais ta runn aought and sai thees wrds 'dun shut im a frnd'."

"WHAT!?! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU! YOUR WORDS ARE MUMBLED!!!!!!!!!!"

"tats wut cmmander sai to do he say tose are teh magic wrds tat sut downe the kilbott"

"NOOOOOO I'VE BEEN SHOT!!! I'M BLEEDING"
