Well, I don't know if the "Emperor's Tear" is a good name. I mean, the SM hold their emperor in the highest regard. I don't think they'd like it if some new fangled chapter started saying that the emperor cried.

Also because you called him a Primarch when that directly contradicts fluff. wink A Primarch is the leader of a Legion and literal son of the Emperor, of which there were only 20, all of which are documented except the two that were "Deleted from Imperial records" (try and claim to be one of those and see how well that turns out).

Just from non-fluff-Nazi storyline perspective, the background story is a little grandiose. You have a Chapter which, of course, no one's heard of because it's your own, but just so happens to be the greatest fall to Chaos story in WH40k.

The name is perfectly fine (and even reasonable in its origin), it's the background that needs a little work. If I were you, I'd change your 'Primarch' to Chapter Master and make them a founding from one of the really religious Legions, like the Imperial Fists. Perhaps describe how Peter fought with the Primarch of that Legion long ago.

Also, I'd probably take out the whole "Chaos Gods" taunting him at once. Pick one and stick to it and you'd be much better off. Even if they go with Mark of Chaos Undivided, it would inevitably be one specific god that set off their corruption. Given the nature of the disease, I'd say Nurgle, but given the way Peter was maddened over the course of his death, I'd say Tzeentch. That's ultimately your call though.

Don't mind me, just your friendly neighborhood fluff nazi. 3nodding

Yeah, I changed it to chapter master... because I have a many few fluff nazis at my place where I play it. They do not follow the gods, nor do they believe in the emperor as a god. But, as I have written they are their own rogue nation.

Though, I am a roleplayer I do not see how anything can contradict to a story when you make your own. You could say he was a forgotten primarch or a mistake or something. There is always a way around the fluff that you can make your own.

Once again, coming from a roleplayers perspective, you have to go with the writing. Who sayes my chapter hasn't been around long? Who didn't say they were the best among the people. You really can't, just like all the chapters I could say their the best among all of them. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they can't be the best. ^^

If I make them part of a chapter, then it ridiculs my story. THey are a seperate chapter from all and wide known in my version of the story. And the chaos gods made them their messiah. Though, when he asked for power he wanted revenge on them. A double bladed sword so to speak. They all had rage Khorne, diseased Nurgle they lusted for revenge Slaanesh and they changed with the corruption Tzeentch. They were brought back by all the god's. Hell if Mallal was a god I'd say they just followed him. But, the thing is they are unmarked and do not even go by chaos undivided. Yet at the same time... When i'm done writing the story they bring together the Chaos God's and their servants. Thus unifying chaos in one single mass of... Corruption? I don't know what to call it.

Don't mind me either, When you roleplay for about 5-7 years it tends to make the imaginitive juices going for any game you play.
