ive been playing for a while and my expansion wouldnt load in my CD DVD-ROM drive combo and i rebooted my computer to see if i can get the expansion to load but know my playonline and FFXI installation pathway are uninstalled and i cant play does anyone know anything that could help me get this regular FFXI chains of promathia and rise of the zilart DVD-ROM to load and to get the expansion to load to would be nice please help me!!! i will give 6k which is all i have at the moment if someone can give me a working solution

SE messed up for both PC and PS2 users. The PC requires a DVD-ROM for installation and the PS2 requires that you have one of the later models so it can read the discs (old / original models will usually come up with a disc read error).

It's great that they're looking for the paths that allow for stronger reads, but they forgot that many people haven't upgraded.

ok finally i can get back on i installed a new DVD-ROM driver in my secondary IDE as master drive and i re-installed everything including my expansion whohoooo!!!!!!!!
