1) Follow Gaia TOS

2) ALWAYS check the thread directory list before making a new topic.

3) Keep posts within the correct subforums

4) Keep on topic within the topic specific threads

5) NEVER bump threads (it just isn't needed)

6) ALWAYS read the stickies and announcements.

7) Song samples are NOT forbidden here...but this shall not be abused to the point where full albums are given online or I can easily change this rule.

8 ) Don't spam up any of the threads with picture posts unless there happens to be a thread for such.

9) This guild is for discussion so even if you disagree with someone you should treat them with a certain level of respect. If I see a discussion turning into an outright cat fight I WILL STOP IT.




1) Banning is left ONLY to me. If you have the need to ban someone then you can report that person in the appropriate thread within the CREW subforum.

2) Crew members are made such ONLY by Pumpkin and myself. We will both have to agree before someone can be made part of the crew.

3) If you are to lock a thread you MUST put the reasons why within the appropriate thread within the crew subforum.

4) You can accept membership requests but you MUST post the name of the person who's request you accepted in the appropriate thread within the crew sub-forum. Also, YOU MAY NOT DECLINE ANY REQUEST! If a request looks as if they shouldn't be accepted then LEAVE IT for Pumpkin or myself to deal with. ONLY PUMPKIN AND MYSELF ARE ALLOWED TO DECLINE MEMBERSHIP REQUESTS!

5) If a thread happens to be a repeat you must do the following:
Lock it
make a post telling the person why it is locked
Leave it locked for two days
Delete it
This is so that the person sees why their thread has been locked and so that they might learn from this and not repeat the mistake.

6) You MUST check the crew sub-forum often. If something in the guild needs to be done I will post about it there.

7) You MUST follow these rules! It is important that you follow these rules in order to keep a guild that is fair and runs smoothly. All these rules will also be followed by Pumpkin and I.

All of these rules were made for a good reason so if you break any of them Pumpkin and I will have grounds to BAN you. We want this place to run smoothly and to be enjoyable so please understand that these rules are put in place to acheive these goals. As always, the rules are subject to change if a new situation calls for it. Also, if you have an issue with a certain rule you can post about it here and we can discuss it.
