I have a question.
My word of the day is ZANTETSU-KEN
Now, I know the last two kanji symbols for it, and I think I know the first, but does anyone know what the real kanji is for it?
In short, I think I know part of it, but not all of it. Anyone please help translate?
(In short, it means literally Cut/Hack/Slice(I think is zan) Metal-Iron?(tetsu) Sword(ken))
Can anyone help me out here and show me the kanji for it? My blahhed dictionary won't give me the zan part gonk

hm... how about... "Watashi aku desu." That's "i am evil" I think it could be bad instead of evil... or both... >.> Or is it "Watashi wa aku desu"? the wa always confuses me... okay I'll just do another sentence. "Anata baka usagi desu." "You are a stupid rabbit" ^_^ Did I write it right? Um... sweatdrop

My blahhed dictionary won't give me the zan part gonk I looked it up for you at Jim Breen's site, it means "a sword that cuts iron" and this is the kanji for it 斬鉄剣 I hope you can see this, the first kanji apparently means "beheading, kill, murder" yay, fun! biggrin Um, in the last week, I finally learned what "mazu" means, it's like "first off" when you're giving a speech. Also "taishita koto nai" means "it's no big deal" yeah, and now it's spring break!

I just discovered it's "kyonen", not "kyounen", that means "last year". Thanks to this guild actually. "kyounen" mean, your death year. haha.

Freakezette 斬鉄剣 I hope you can see this, the first kanji apparently means "beheading, kill, murder" yay, fun! biggrin I don't know, the first character kind of looks like an old man with a walking stick being run over by a car to me xd I suppose that's one way to remember the kill/ murder meaning sweatdrop What did I learn today? Umm, not a lot really, I'm only a beginner after all. I can however now say simple sentances like: "Neko kuro desu."Which is going to enrich my life immeasurably...
