*forest gump voice* and that's all I have to say about that...*/gump voice*

I currently have a fever of 101, and I had to call in to work sick today. I was only scheduled to work 2 days this week (We just hired a bunch of new people so everyone's hours are being cut) so that's a big loss in money for me. This suuucks! And there's a huge frickin' scary spider on the cielling in my room... which is why I am NOT in my room... because that thing could probably eat me alive...

Oh yeah um... discussion

Last time you were sick?
Worst part about being sick is ___.
Your thoughts on spiders?

The worst part about being human is our fragility. All we can do is endure, or be swept up by death.

I try not to get sick, any signs and I'm blowin' paychecks on orange juice and vegetables in the hopes of eliminating it before it grows.

You know, I kind of find a little relaxation out of being sick. That is, when you have a little cold. The kind thats just annoying enough so you can't necessarily go to work/school with, but it's not so bad that you have to stay in a hospital.

Videogames, soup, daytime television, and internets come with being sick (something that only comes to me during the summer gonk ). I try to enjoy it. ninja

I've got a pretty good immune system, maybe it comes from all the OJ I drink. But I got sick a couple times this winter, and it was lame. For the most part, I was just sick enough to be annoyed, I only missed one day of work. It's funny how you never really appreciate being in good physical condition until something minor comes along to bug you, like a sunburn or chapped lips or a cold.

I hate large bugs in general, but especially spiders. crying A week or two ago, I was drifting off to sleep, and I just happened to notice, out of the corner of my eye, a HUGE one descending the wall RIGHT next to my bed, which is against the wall, so pretty much dropping onto the edge of my bed. Freaked me the ******** out.

I deal with "annoying colds" by ignoring them. But when I admit to being sick it's the kind where you can't think straight, you can't see straight, you fall down when you try to walk, you can't or can barely speak, your body feels like it's being disassembled, you can't stop coughing and sneezing, and your nose is almost numb from all the tissues rubbing it raw.

Yep... that was the majority of my childhood. sweatdrop I have the world's crappiest immune system. Stick my a** in a bubble.

Daytime television owns.

I could sit around and watch Passions all day.

Fasho. They need to put s**t like that on the weekends. I'm not gonna lie, weekend TV is definitely the worst TV, until you get around prime time or something.

I haven't gotten sick in a while. I usually have some vitamin c in pill form that I eat occasionally. It's pretty good stuff.

Spiders are scary sometimes. But I'm man enough to take care of them when there are scared girls around.
