Rija made her way through the woods, she knew the village was around here somewhere but the pain in her leg became a lot worse in the last day she needed to get here. her mind was dizzy and the wound around her leg seemed to be infected now 'i guess pulling out whatever that thing was with bare hands wasnt the best idea' she thought. Rija felt cold even though she was sure she had a temperature, cold sweat was running down her face already now. she came to a clearing with a little pond and sat down to tip her hurting leg into the cold water.

Rija didnt want to spend too much time just sitting around so she got up and kept walking. she could barely put weight on her wounded leg anymore and walking uphill didnt make it much better. hearing noises in the distance made her keep walking into one direction, hoping it were other satyrs but when she came to another clearing she realized it was the big house Fedh lived in, she wouldve loved to pay her friend a visit now, but she was still looking around for Cardea to tell her about the incident with the humans. Rija walked past the mansion as silently as she could and hoped she wouldnt run into anyone who could distract her now.

"Hey, are you okay? You're limping" The voice was concerned; a young man emerged from the bushs, holding up a dead pigeon. He was dressed in black, with a skull emblazoned on his hoodie. "You're one of the Satyr's, right? Did you come to see Fedh? He's not any better, I'm afraid... do you want me to see to that limp?"

Rija glanced around, she thought her temperature mustve gotten worse, she saw two identical men talking to her with a dead bird in their hands wich looked like they were holding hands on the birds or something "iam not limping" she muttered "and iam ok i guess i could just use a little rest" Rija sat down on the soft grass and glanced up at the man again "iam looking for Cardea, have you seen her? and are you two twins? you look a like..."

"Two...? Oh dear...." Myrrh sat down beside her, placing a hand on her's. He sent his magic through her frame, seeking out the point of the fever. "You're in no state to go anywhere..." He got to his feet, bending down to pick her up; she was in no state to be wandering around. He would take her indoors to heal her, and the - but who was Cardea?

Rija struggled at Myrrhs attempt to pick her up "no... no... i just need a little rest, i'll be good in a minute again... i dont even know you guys...i dont have time for this..." her mind pretended to defend against the stranger but the rest just went where ever he would lead her. for a minute she thought how weird it was that both of them tried to get her up but it only felt like one person. "iam looking for Cardea..." she muttered again.

Myrrh lifted her easily, carefull to not jar her. "Come on honey... let's get you inside. You can look for Cardea later, okay?" He kicked the kitchen door open, and placed her in one of the chairs, yelling for somebody to go and get a blanket. This situation wasn't as uncommon as it may have seemed; it happened quite a lot, really. He accepted the blanket, tucking it around her. "Now - who hurt you, and where?"

that question just cleared her mind again "humans!" she jumped up just to fall down on the chair again under the pain of her leg. "they threw metal... objects at me" she explained as she put the bullet she took out of her leg on the table. "and they had thunders...those bastards hit my leg with this thing, out of nowhere!" the fact that she killed one of their children was left out, even though she still felt dizzy she knew it would probably not the best idea to tell that to anyone just yet, who knows who in this house was sympathizing with that scum "... and theyre close, they might be chasing me, i have to see Cardea!"

"Okay, so you were shot in the leg. Can I see so I can heal it?" Myrrh asked gently, kneeling down. Why had they shot at her though? He had been there on a couple of occasions - with others - and if they could put up with a Necromancer, then why had they shot at a mere Satyr?

Rija lifted her leg up on the table and pulled the blanket tighter around her "there ... ugh looks bad actually..." her senses got back to her mostly so she tried to catch Fedh's scent but couldnt quite catch it among all the other creatures in the mansion "where is Fedh? isnt he at home? or did his ...'lovely' guardian imprisoned him again for something she made up?"

Myrrh looked shocked. "You didn't hear then...? Oh dear... He's... very ill. In fact, his soul is missing" He put his hand over the festering wound, putting his magic into it, cleansing it and cauterizing, skin regrowing over it, flesh kintting.

"he is ill?! how did that happen? and where is he? and how could his soul be missing?!" she looked at myrrh treating her wound "that pretty good work by the way" she said staring at her now completely healed leg "anyway... can i see him?"

He shrugged, flippant for a second, then deadly serious once more. "I'll take you to him - but I'd watch out for Nova. She's been guarding him like a dragon... I don't think she's slept in nearly a week" He stood up, gesturing for her to follow him.

"dont say that as if i was scared of that woman" she wasnt quite sure how to take his sudden seriousness but since he didnt tell her what happened to Fedh she wouldnt wonder if that Dryad was at fault. "didnt sleep huh? since when does she care like that, ive only seen her arresting him over and over..." Rija muttred under her breath when she got up to follow Myrrh.

Myrrh caught that last remark, but didn't comment on it. She would see the truth of his statement soon enough. "Nobody knows what happened, okay? Nova sent a wyvern out to find him, when he didn't come home, and he was like this..." He pushed open a white door, to reveal a small room, with nothing more then a desk, a chair, and a bed in it. Fedh lay in the bed, eyes closed, skin pale, and hands clenched on top of the patchwork quilt. Nova was slumped over the desk; at the sound of the door opening, she raised her head and turned round. She looked a mess; her hair was greasy and lank, her eyes bloodshot, and her voice, when she spoke, was raspy and harsh. "Rija?"
