1 wrestling.com is reporting that Shawn Daivari was involved in another fan incident Saturday Night. Apparently Shawn Daivari was exiting a Tampa Bay Wal-Mart with his mother when a fan started harrasing both of them calling Daivari "Sand ****** Trash". Witnesses report Daivari just laughed it off until the fan reportedly threw a beer bottle at them striking Daivari's mother on the head. At that time Daivari tackled the fan and got several shots on him. The fan who is now being revealed asMichael Domino 36, is in serious condition with massive head and internal injuries. Daivari's mother was treated and released from a Tampa Bay hospital for a minor cut on her head. No charges have been filled as of this report.

it was a provoked attack and also somewhat self defense. if Daivari had charges brought against him he'd have a chance of winning the case.

i would of beat the crap out of the guy also, simply cuz he could of hit me with that bottle...

wow i guess some people beleive that the characters in wrestling is real!
i think that what daivari did is right and i support him for that!!!

I would have hit the guy too.I mean not only could he have hurt me...he would've hit my mommy sad . I bet that that person who did it anyway you see it was a mark. He had to be. I mean any smark wouldn't have did something like that.
