The beast raises its head and begins talking "To pass this test the riddle be done to all who answer right not wrong the path to go will open in song"
It then recites the riddle:
I defeat iron,
dement even steel,
penetrate mithril,
leave no metal to deal,
in my path no metal remain,
for what I am is what I was,
what am I?
The correct answer will win 300 gp, it's small but it's but the first of the challenges.
