Well... since you've asked... I really don't like that style of hair, the jawtrap is a bit iffy, and the clothes in general are.. eh...
But if you like it, more power to you!

And no, I don't like the outfit, but that's just me. I could always make an outfit for you if you like. ^__^ Just give me a gold limit!
If you want me to, that is.
Anyway, I have to get to school, have a nice day/afternoon/night!

... Well... You did ask for a rating so don't be too hurt..
The hair doesn't match. The balloon just doesn't "fit" with the whole "look" I think your going for. As for this "look" I think its far too generic. Black and white really is overused. By the way, the hat looks a bit strange also with the outfit. Your feet look too bare.
That's me being extremely critical, but you asked for a rating. ;/

Better get savin' up the pennies.... blaugh It's quite unusual, thematically speaking. Scholarly, with the subdued nature of a scholar made manifest in the form of a physical restraint. Well-dressed, yet ruffled and untidy. I don't generally like ties, but it adds to the confusion of orderliness versus disorderliness in this case. The Chyaku Norisu Scarf's illusion of movement is suggestive of preternatural forces that empower you to cause that effect despite being bound to a ball and chain. Although I don't personally wear thematically contrasting outfits, I like looking at people who do. The blue sunglasses are a weak link in your outfit's contrasting themes. Since blue is commonly worn with white and red is commonly worn with black, purple glasses (a blend of both colours) would be a better symbol of the balance that exists in the mind that commands both the light and the dark. Purple also goes well with the green of your hair. I agree with Raelyni's assessment that black and white is an overused colour scheme. Having personally worked with the male avatar's wardrobe in the past, though, I understand that colour is much harder to use on a male avatar due to the inconsistency of hue between different articles of clothing and the general unavailibility of colours other than black, white, red, or blue. I wish you luck in breaking out of that mould, should you choose to do so.
