To clarify, Del Ray distributes the School Rumble manga in the US while Tokyopop distributes Sukuran (short for School Rumble) in Germany, explaining why the manga images display the Tokyopop lable.
Onto current news, who's watchin' the second season of School RUmble?

Onto current news, who's watchin' the second season of School RUmble? I've only seened episode one of the first season. I have no time for watching much anime anymore because of work. And wow.......just early this month Newtype USA mentioned that the second season was barely under work. I didn't realize it was out so fast already.

*cough* YouTube is shameful. Like myspace. ninja School Rumble, School Rumble Niigakki [2nd season], as well as the 2 ep. OVA, can all be DLed by bittorrent. However, since Media Factory [one of Sukuran's production companies] does not want their works to be view via downloads on the internet, it's not exactly legal to download them [even though the entire series is not yet licensed in the states]. Their translation is not bad [but they forgot to translate Tenma-chan's report card at the end :/].

for an up-to-date (as far as I know...) manga version of School Rumble, you could try and visit onemanga.com... they have tons of manga series there, as well as school rumble, so go and enjoy yourself there!
