Oh great.

Another meaningless Easter egg hunt to frolic through to obtain another batch of useless Gaian items that won't be worth s**t three years from now.

I'm going to see what I can get for my two year old unopened baskets now. Care to guess how little I'll get?

Under normnal circumstances I'd request we ROLL OUT but there doesn't seem to be a point this time around.

I mean, it's another hunt for something. Jiminies.

It looks like the easter items so far are fluffier bunny ears and a bunny tail.

It'll be something to do as an occastional break from the homework I need to work on. Plus I still like dressing up my little avatar with neat items and clothes.

The ears are a big cop-out.

Now for a game of good news, bad news...

The good news, the eggs appear very quickly, on average around every 3 minutes. The admins have revamped the claim process as well, sparing the gaians from having to scour the various map pages looking for the robot bunny.

The bad news is that you still have to be in the forums or town zip codes to find the eggs.

I'm on my first round right now. More on what I find as I open the items the stainless steel rabbit coughs up.

Having gotten my first basket I'd say the design of this "collect things to get a thing!" event is actually done pretty well. It's easy to keep track of how many eggs you've gotten and once you have a set it's just one click to get the basket instead of some silly searching around the map.

There is one issue I have with the distribution scheme, though this could be considered an advantage by some item collectors.

I went ahead and started wandering the Gaia Towns to see how that played, after I collected two baskets in the forums.

When I obtained 10 eggs and went to find the giant robot bunny at the central fountain, I found that I got the first item in the list again. So I have one unopened bunny tail to collect digital dust until next year.

Oh, and for the record, I sold one of my '05 Easter baskets for 2000 gold this morning. Not bad for one year's worth of dust.

The ears are a big cop-out.

how?, saved me 4000 gold
this reminds me, there should be a comma question mark... to be used in the situation where it isn't the end of a sentence but u answer the question u asked earlier
