Ginji is one of the two members of the retrieval specialist team Get Backers! Along with Ban (or Ban-chan as Ginji refers to him) he uses his unique abilities to help get back important things people have lost. He used to live in Mugenjou where he became known as The Lightning Emperor which is also where he became the leader of a gang called the Volts. Ginji uses the power of lightning and has been refered to as electric eel boy. He's usually cheerful and he wears his heart on his sleave.

Ginji is my first favorite character is GetBackers anime his personality is very friendly and down-to-earth, that's why I like him. I also like Ginji when he duels with opponents. Ginji is very strong even he acts naive and childish sometimes. I like his ablility Electricity very few anime characters uses Electricity and Ginji is one of them.

eternal witness Ginji is my first favorite character is GetBackers anime his personality is very friendly and down-to-earth, that's why I like him. I also like Ginji when he duels with opponents. Ginji is very strong even he acts naive and childish sometimes. I like his ablility Electricity very few anime characters uses Electricity and Ginji is one of them.

Ginji's great! I love it when at the begining of the Venus De Milo arc when Ban throws him out of the Honky Tonk and when Ban turns around he's back sitting on the table, that was so funny.
Oh and when he zaps Ban in the first ep. Chibi Ginji is so cute!

Oh gosh he is just so adorable. I just want to pinch his cheek and cradle him in my arms. @_@;;.. He's not one of my favorite characters though, but I still like him. He's a bit too bubbly for my taste. He does do a good job in making the bad characters stand out even more though XD

Does anyone know the story behind that guy who is Ginji's father-figure. His name is like Teshime (or something along those lines) has white hair, pupil in one eye is cross shaped. I was just wondering. sweatdrop

Ginji maybe the most likeable character in GB because he's so adorable and kind. Ginji is one of my favorite character because of his ability of electricity and like him because he is a magnet of friends.

Didn't MakubeX also control VOLTS and told them to attack Ginji when he and Ban came to the Limitless Fortress to retrieve the IL?
