A while back, a powerful sorcerer, tired of all the constant fighting and bickering happening around his home, cast a spell upon this district of the city, forbidding the use of force against another individual.
People flocked to this safe haven at first, but after realizing that they couldn't plot against their rivals and that it was much quieter without the violence or the backstabbing typical of the rest of the city,
they left.
This left, for the most part, only those trying to find some peace and quiet in an otherwise crazed city of randomness where anything happens.....A LOT.

Hatsu just got ready for school (Dark Arts High) and came out of her apartment in this neighborhood. "Ah, another sunny day! I wish school didn't come so I can play!" She said shading her eyes with her righ arm. She then ran off to school, Dark Arts High.

keriu awakens from his his long slumber. as he lifts his head he rubs his eyes and ywans quite loudly he begins to strecth and hops out of bed he does his daily routine (shower, brushing teeth, etc) he goes downstairs and turns on the tv as he watches intently he turns it off "guess i should get enrolled in a scholl or at least check the neighborhood out" he grabs his sword and places it on his back he exits his house and begins to walk down the street he can see no one except for a girl who seemed to be running he used his magic as a teleporting method and appears a few feet away from her with a smile on his face he says "hi there im keriu whats your name"

the girl simply runs by "okay" keriu says and decides to go to the schools he travels until he reachs oone of the schools "lets see what this one has to offer"

Ripps wondered how badly she stuck out from the rest of the people in the neighborhood. She had traveled throughout most of the night and had finally made it here. The old house she lived in as a kid was still standing and still for sale, which probably meant that no one had bothered to check the rooms for hidden compartments or much bigger weapons. Ripps' black hair and completely black attire was out of place in the neighborhood, but she didn't care. She was above all this now.

Celeste took Mimi into her lap as they sat in the kictehn cooking up a storm for them to eat. Celeste was chopping onions while Mimi was playing with her toys. So Celeste put Mimi on another chair as they sang to each other. She looked out the window into the neighborhood listening to the sound of the t.v in her den. Mimi continued singing as her sister stopped and sighed softly. She stood up and kissed her sister on the head"I'll see you later okay"Mimi nodded as her sister grabbed a pouch of arrows and bow, placing two swrods at her school, she walked outside.

suzuko rushed off to her new job at the dark arts school, "aaaaaah! im soooo late!" she screamed her beloved cat doll dangeling frome her hand as she ran.

Ripps chewed on her bottom lip as she pried up a set of floorboards. Underneath, just like she figured it would be, was a black pouch of considerable weight. She opened it and pulled out what looked like 2 small spheres of black marble. Upon each of them was carved several markings that started to glow a low red in her hands. Ripps grinned and shook her head. "It's been a long time since I've used you. hasn't it?" she asked herself as she worried the orbs in her palm, then stood and grabbed her bag on the way out. She had gotten an anonymous tip a few hours ago that the Dark Arts School was a good place to look for this "Kren". At this point in time, any hint was worth looking in to, considering everything else had lead her to a completely dead end. She hopped down the steps and strolled up the street, still holding the orbs of marble-like texture in her hand.
As she walked, she shifted them into different positions and said something low under her breath. Her long black hair started to turn a pure white, her skin paled and she started to gain a younger appearance as she lost about a foot of height. Her red eyes changed to a perfect sky blue and she smiled. "Hehe...To be young again...." {to the Dark Arts School}

Ripps reappeared back in the house. The section of floorboards she had pulled up earlier were pushed back into place as she hauled him over and lay him on the couch, taking a breath and plopping down in the chair next to it. "That could have gone better..."
