(sorry if the title was wrong... it was something to that effect)
Okay, so.... that was a really cool episode. I liked how that guy could bend the water in the vines - cool. I didn't really like the other waterbending swamp hicks, though...
And- the Blue Spirit is back! YES!!! *dances*
Why exactly was the swamp calling him, though? Just to give Aang the lesson of everything being connected (which was pretty cool in itself - very deep)?
I'm also very interested in who Aang is "going to meet." Fascinating.....

Wow thats awesome becuase I was really confused when I found out a guy was bending the thing because I thought that vines would be more earthbending but than it was the water in the vines. Also the hicks were like doing our 'arm circles' warmup in gym to move the boat at speeds that could match appa. Awesome.

I enjoyed the hicks. xDD They were amusing, it's great how the show sneaks in all aspects of society and different cultures from our Earth. I thought it was very cool how there were waterbenders outside of the North and South poles. I wish they would have emphasized this more in the episode.
And we finally got to see Katara and Sokka's mother! Sure, just the back of her, but... wow! I'm looking forward to an episode on her death/Zuko's mother's death as well. :3
I think the swamp was calling on him just for the life lesson he greceived and to meet the girl. More so that she was calling on him a little bit, since the voices of everyone are connected in the swamp. I wonder who she is. Ooo, I'm so excited for that!
And much rejoice for the Blue Spirit. xD So Zuko is going to go around commit crimes now, ehh? Because Zhao and Aang are (were) the only others who knew about him...

I thought the guy would be an earthbender, too, at first. This shows you that the most powerful waterbender will be able to bend the water in people... waterbenders can probably be the most deadly of all.
The hicks were indeed amusing. I like the part where the one said, "Then I'm your kin!" and Katara was like, "... neutral ..."
And I am SO excited about the Blue Spirit thing! w00t! ninja

I know! I loved that quote. xD My sister didn't understand what kin meant though.
I was surprised that they could bend the plants and the water. It was sort of played down that they could bend two elements. Hopefully Katara will try that in the future...?

it kinda makes sense. The water tribe mainly lives on the poles. in other words no plants. so They never learned how to manipulate the water in plants. how ever the swamp water benders lived in a warm climate with loads of plants.
I was kinda cool how the swamp was basicly one tree that grew for miles.

Also some people have got this and some havent but they arnt bending the vines they are bending the water INSIDE the vines. Just pointing that out...

I started to jump around like a freak when zuko came back as the blue spirit. I was screaming "OMG OMG"....... till i got yelled at....... oh well. but i was so happy to see the blue spirit AKA ZUKO

The episode was good and I liked it. The hicks, like everyone has metioned, were pretty cool. Though the girl that Aang saw also had a flying pig with her. Didn't anyone notice it? I thought it was weird...I also thought the episode was creepy. I mean both of the people sokka and katara saw were dead then why did Aang see someone that is alive unless she's not born yet and could be like the next avatar....Im just saying.
