Why hello there, I'm here to provide you with some constructive feedback.
1- You've already apologised on the size. Do please make any comics you have bigger, as if someone can't see what's actually happening, or easily read dialogue, they aren't going to read it and it'll be forgotten.
2- One of the biggest mistakes anyone can make is mixing bittages. I see a 16-bit X sprite, a 32-bit Zero sprite a... well, Kirby looks about the same no matter what, and 32-bit Sonic sprites. And... some sort of edited Zero sprite to look like Forte.
Mixed bittage looks awful and "unprofessional" as far as sprite comics go. Choose one type and stick with it, using backgrounds to match your choice.
3- As far as the effects go, it's alright to use game effects like you're mostly doing, but having a panel stating "ultra pwnage" and that... spikey
thing don't exactly look great in my opinion.
Finally, I suggest checking out Fat Satan's
Ten Commandmentsof Sprite Comics.
In short, this is all to help you improve, not something to make you feel bad about your comics.
