So what we left? That doesn't really matter to us. The Camerilla never really suited us anyway, was just convienent at the time. What is it Xavier saw, though? Even more curious, what's his one sentence to the Inner Circle? Eh, I guess thats for you need-to-know-all's, betcha you're a damned Tremere.

So yeah, most of us left, there's still some stragglers, though. Most of us went Independant like Xavier, but some others went to the Sabbat. Bunch of monsters if ya ask me.

We've always been on the outside. "Outlanders" is what they call us. Not "civilized" enough for the high clans like Ventrue or Toreador, or those goddamned Tremere. I like it that way though. Gives me time to just sit back and think. Lots of the other kindred think we're beasts, but many of us are just like our "more superior" kindred. The main difference between us and them is that we have an understanding with our beast within, as well as the beasts of the earth.

Yeah, that brings us to our curse. Each time we ride the beast, we come out looking a bit more like it. It's different for all of us, I have a tail myself, but I know a guy who looks like he crawled out from some genetic pool of animals. Cat eyes, bat ears, friggin' dog nose.

Many of us are fighters, there's not much else we can do. Can't really get much respect, people like to kick the dog when it's down. We have the advantages though. We can become animals if we choose, heh, saved my a** a few times I'll tell ya.

Well, I know this from speaking with Pete, that the reason Xavier left was because he found something of great power, which I'm going to guess was a Noddite Artifact. But, then again, if it was a Noddite Artifact, will it bring upon Gehenna if it is found?
