you have the freedom to set it up as you please as long as there is an intro post, breeding prices post, pick up post, and a growth post for adults ^^ pretty simple eh? This is just an example of an excellent breeding thread so I'll use Yayoi's format ^^
Also we have here our Breeding/Custom Briefing for new colorists but this is also helpful for new owners to read as well ^^
Breeding /Custom Briefing
As far as breedings go.....each owner may only keep 1 foal from a breeding. the rest must be given away/sold/auctioned/raffled etc the only exception is if a foal potion is bought then they get an extra foal and can keep 2. 2 extra foal potions max per breeding and only 1 is allowed per owner so if 1 person breeds 2 of their own they can only buy 1 extra foal potion. They may only keep 1 foal unless they buy the potion, then they can keep 2. I limited potions like that because a few ppl bought 3 which made 6 foals and 6 adults in a breeding in my other shop, feline opened 2 slots and it happened in both breedings that was too much work. I'd rather ppl didn't kill you guys with all that work. if ppl breed 2 of the same gender they must buy the breeding gender changing potion. genderless cannot breed but we don't have those yet...the only way they can breed is if they buy a gender potion from me. This is pretty simple, alot to remember but a breeze once you know it. Most stuff is on the front page...some is unwritten rules ppl know. You open breedings whenever you want, growth times are posted front page of the shop. You have plenty of time to color each stage although I prefer if you do all the stages at once. You're responsible for tagging and growing. I have the bucket for certs linked front page in the owner's list post. The tags have their own folder in the shop bucket so its easy to access for you guys. I usually use size 10 font for info and a 15-26 for the yuma's name. They are labelled with gender signs, dual genders should be kept a touch rare. Pretty easy. You guys each have your own folder in the breeding folder for uploading breedings. Certs are easy to figure out. I labelled the folders by species ^.^ Outlines have their own folder too so its all there and easy to find.
Customs are easy. you open them whenever you want. you quote your own prices as long as its not below 7k....and all custom orders go through me for approval. Reason being is some we have plans for, but its also to make sure people don't go crazy with things as well or try to get really rare ones. So what you need to do now is nab a slot in the customs post in the guild. Oh and if you like lineart edits you can do item requests for ppl or some edits as long as you let me know about it.
Again you charge your own prices. Just don't make it an arm and a leg.
All custom/auction/flat trades go to the shop mule. breeding trades go to you guys. All customs must be paid for before they are even started.

This is yayoi's intro post. I left in the information here to show how she chooses to log her news and updates. This really helps owners who may not know when their foals grew or had babies posted etc. or for ppl looking for lineage and such. It also has her personal rules and breeding rules as well. Your breeding thread is yours to command..you run it the only people you answer to are the management staff...so basically me, cajmera, Steal, Yayoi, etc. if you want to blacklist someone from your breedings you can as long as its for good reason. please let one of us know if you do so. Rules:
- All requests for breedings must be posted in here, and only when I post that there is a free slot in the main Yuma thread.
- First to post gets the breeding slot.
- You must pay right after you get your slot or your slot will go to someone else.
- Please tell me what you will be doing with any extra foals.
- If you do not do anything with your foal(s) within one week, the foals will go into my care and I can do whatever I wish with them.

This here is the breeding info post. she has a breeding form to fill out once you have the slot ^^ as well as breeding prices.There is several types of breeding and species to breed so please read and include all the choices. She also includes here the potions one can buy such as same gendered breedings and extra baby potions Yayoi

Breeding Types:
Regular Yuma Breeding / Cross-Breeding: 5000g
One adult male and female. This will result in 3 foals.
New Dual-gendered Breeding Option: Yuma:15000g - Thaeoli:10000g - Tandryl: 10000g - Merkaroch: 12000g
Two adult dual-gendered. This will result in 6 foals/bells/eggs, 3 from each parent. Basically since both are dual gendered they both have the ability to impregnant and also get pregnant. Therefore 6 foals/bells/eggs would result, however please keep in mind this will probably be rare and it will be costly. The colorists have the right to refuse this type of breeding which yields 6 babies, however you could still do a nomal breeding with dual-gendered Yuma/Merk/Thae/Tand. Price is subject to change since I still need colorist feedback on this option. Potions for extra babies are available but since this would yield a maximum of 8 babies, the colorist has the right to deny the purchase of these potions. Also growth time for these breedings will not be the standard 15-20 days. It will be extended to 30 days.
Merkaroch Breeding: 4000g
This will result in 3 foals. Pretty standard.
Thaeoli Breeding: 4000g
One adult female and male Thaeoli are needed. This will result in 2-4 bells.
Tandryl Breeding: 5000g
One adult female and male Tandryl are needed. This will result in 2-4 eggs.
MerYuma Breeding / Cross-Breeding to Land Yuma:5000g
One adult male/female. See potions list to breed same gendered. This will result in 3 foals. If a land yuma is bred to a meryuma, the foals will result in a mixture of land and mer. There won't be mixes of the 2, it'll either be land or Mer. IE) 2 land and 1 mer foal, or 2 mers 1 land, etc. To mix them would be too much lineart headachyness. If a colorists feels inspired to give a land yuma fins, tail etc, they may do so at their own discretion.
Anthro/Yuma Breedings:] 5000g
Anthros can only breed in their Yuma form. Because of this, they will not produce anthro foals. This is too much work to ask of colorists, and it serves to keep them rare as well. They will have 3 foals like a regular breeding. However highly rped foals have a slight chance to grow to anthro stage.
Hippogriff Breedings: 5000g
This will produce 3 foals
Hippogriff/Merk Breedings: 5000g
This will produce 3 foals. Any more merk-like foals will have some hippogriff trait of some sort. This will be up to the colorist to decide what trait each foal has.
Potions:
Extra-Baby Potion - This potion will cause the mother in the breeding to have one more foal in the batch. Cost: 3k
Breeding potion - Designed for same-gendered breedings. For the duration of the foal waiting, one of the two will be fed the potion and gain the necessary organs needed to procrate. Cost: 3k

Here we used stables because yuma are horse based lol but with other species and also cretivity you can use whatever you like. slots, dens, etc. whatever makes you happy ^^ Yayoi Here you will see which pair of Yuma are breeding currently.

The pick up! this is where babies,bells or eggs will be placed, and tagged babies as well ^^ I left a few foals so you have an idea lol you may direct link if you like, but always watch the growths post for your pick ups for the next stage ^^ Yayoi This is where your foals can be found. Please make sure you save them to your own hosting service.
