Icy contacted me by email and asked why I hadn't said goodbye to anyone, really. My thoughts were I didn't like the attention whorishness of posting giant farewells, etc.
But perhaps I should write something of a thank you to the Church of mod in general, the members therein for making my stay on Gaia a pleasent one.
To those who remember me as SliverMcKite
To those who gave me pizza in the rafters
To those who thought that satire was best kept in ED where it would be understood
To those who thought making a mission to the CB was fun (before it happened to the main thread)
To those who were utterly confused or amused by my April 04 genderbend.
To those who I taught modist values
To those who were sainted or modded after me
To those who kept my spirits up when I fell from grace
To those who accepted me for who I was even though I was no longer special
To those who had long and involved discussions with me
To those who made comics and pictures
To everyone in the Church of Mod
I thank you.
With that said understand that I will probably not be back for some time, if at all.
Perhaps one day we will meet face to face, and enjoy the company we spend together.

SilverLynx, it doesn't matter if we know you or not. You were part of the CoM. One of us. If nothing else, that's reason enough to wish you well and hope for your return.
