Demani had wanderd a little far off from his pack, he had walked past the water hole there they use to drink at but he wanted to see what was beyond that...just looking at the boring things around the water hole wasn't so exciting for Demani..
" Heh i am fine by myself "
Demani mutterd for himself and walked proud with his ears and tail high up in the air..

Kiji had just woken up, and it was still early in the morning. The sun was up but not too bright, and he decided it would be a good time for a walk. He got to his feet and stretched, then clambered out of his little cave. He blinked a little as the sun hit his eyes, but he was grateful that it was still cool, and he made his way past the waterhole, towards the small grove of small, mangled trees, that served only one purpose; shade and a nice place to lay.

Demani took a zip off water and looked out over the area it was always so pretty here he loved those butterflies and insects and the flowers and of course all the water then he spotted something that shouldn't be there...a wild dog he had never seen before..who was that?
He blinked and sat down who could that be? was he a part off the pack? he waves his little green-white tail and looked at the male...

Kiji walked over towards the little pup, having spotted his tail wagging, and decided to investigate. "Hello there little fella." he said, and then he reclined to his haunches, smiling kindly at the pup. He wagged his own tail contentedly and perked his large ears all the way forwards, bright eyes displaying the happiness that the rest of him showed.

Demani looked at the male with his big yellow eyes oh he had spotted him...but he didn't seem dangerous at all..and he was smiling too so Demani smiled back..
" Oh hallo "
He waved his tail again and sniffed some in the air to pick up his scent..
" Oh who are you? "

"My name's Kiji." He said, smiling at the little pup. "What are you doing out here all by yourself?" He laughed, lifting a paw and pointing it in the pup's direction. He wagged his tail contentedly and then got up, looking at the water behind him. He wanted to get up and drink from the watering hole, but that would be rude, so he waited for the pup to answer, and then he could excuse himself for a moment.

The strange colored pup blinked and listend to the male dog he wounderd if that name Kiji was a nickname or just his name?
" Oh that is your real name or a nickname? "
He sniffed near the unfamiliar male curiosly hm he didn't know him and he wasn't in his own pack either maybe he had his own pack?
" Umm i sneaked away from my mother and pack for a while but i am big so i can take care off myself "

"It's just a nickname. My real name is Kijivu'Kipopo. A bit of a mouthful I've been told. So Kiji does it just fine." He said, offering the pup a warm smile. "I was wondering if you might excuse me? I think a drink would be nice." He asked, hoping he wasn't being rude. "You can join me if you'd like." He said, smiling again, tail wagging a million miles an hour.

Demani decided to join in the drinking he waved his tail almost the same as the adult male called Kiji because that long name off his was to long to say. He drank a lot off water almost to much for a small pup..
" Oh such a long name you have...almost to long "
Demani looked at Kiji rude? no he wasn't rude at all..where did he get that from?
" Umm no you are not rude at all "
