I'm sure you all know how Japanese anime gets some scenes cut for airing on television. Luckily with Zoids, there are very few scenes cut that are important to the plot... yet... there are a few. If you're interested in seeing random blood images, and THE important scene explaining Reese's past, check out Zinou's site: http://members.lycos.co.uk/derangedhyena/I managed to get the Japanese raw of the episode 45, "Wings of Darkness", from my friend Teknikat, and found a few cutscenes myself! D= *hugs him* Next I found a scene where Hiltz was talking with Ralph and Mueller that was cut out, because... heaven forbid we watch grown men drink alcohol. Lol....that was some funny and to be honest useless things to cut out.
I think they shouldl eave anime the way it was when it was purchased to be seen on tv or at least leave the dvds totally together.
How much nudity was cut out of zoids?
I always wondered since there is nudity of some kind in ever anime.

Hmm...
Classic Zoids, they cut out the scene where Fiona first appeared because all she was "wearing" was a bunch of cables or something. Funny enough, there are a few episode reviews at the beginning of some episodes that show that scene clear enough. XD
I think I heard they also cut a bit from the episode where Moonbay and Fiona were in the shower.
NC/0, classic scene of Bit walking in on Leena while she's showering.
Fuzors, same thing with uh... RD and Amy.
That's all I know of. XD

I just dont understand why things like nudity and blood are taken out.
I mean its just animation and if its meant for older teens and adults then so be it.

But it's not meant for older people. XD There's just a difference in standards between what's acceptable for Japanese kids and what's acceptable for American kids. It's a shame for people like us who are older and aren't bothered by it, but... there's not much we can do being that we're not the target audience.
Though personally I wish they'd leave in the blood since it's not a graphic amount. It lets kids know that the characters are doing something dangerous not just something that 'cool.'

Now I'd seen some of these cut scenes before, the one where Hilts throws the guy off the cliff is just one of the best scenes ever in my opinion, I don't see why they cut that.... wasn't even any blood shown... we didn't see him go splat at the bottom of the canyon. cool
The only other ones I'd never really seen before were the cuts in New Centurey/zero where Layon is drinking in the bar, and when Harry's two robots are at the beach... poor Brad, I was laughing so hard... that was so damned funny....

Kveh, yes, the gay robots was hilarious. XD Though now I'm extremely disturbed by them. XD; Poor Brad. X3
Man, I liked Hiltz throwing the guy off the cliff. biggrin I wish I could do that with some people... <_<

Man, the one thing I miss most about the Zoids stuff ShoPro had removed from YouTube is the scene where Fiona is naked. XD HILARIOUS. I wish I had that on my HD. crying
I don't know if Hiltz and you would get along... he still hates humans afterall. XD Though I'm sure he'd be happy to take advantage of your want to kill certain things! xd

I can, but it'll get even dodgier quality-wise and you're stuck with MP4, dodgy MPEG (I always type MPREG. WHY!?), or AVI that's been converted twice, since the thing everyone says to convert FLV files with hates me and I have to use a rather odd method instead.
You can play FLVs with VLC Media Player, though. 'tis what I use for all my video playback now.
