okay you will eaither think i'm insane or relate to me.
i struggle so much with what i eat, i have days (like today) where i can't stop eating, even though i feel as sick as a dog and couldn't posibly eat anymore i still eat. yet some weeks i can go days without food and i just forget to eat. its such a weired patten that i've never been able to get out of which is really unhealthy for me.
anyone else here ever suffer periods like this where you can't stop wanting food even though your full to bursting?

*raises hand* I do that too. I don't know why either. I find that it has something to do with weither or not I'm busy or have people around to do stuff with. As long as I'm busy or entertaining, I don't eat very much.

*raises hand as well* I do that occasionally. And its the strangest thing. Likme this week I had actually been trying to eat healthy and not eat so much...but then I just felt like I was starving and ate so much I had to take alka seltzer to keep me from being sick.

*sits and thinks before raising his hand* For some reason I get like incredibly hungry at times, dunno why. I could have eaten a huge meal like the never ending pasta bowl from Olive Garden and like a few minutes after leaving I suddenly feel really hungry again. It doesn't happen often but when it does it hits hard.

Not necesarily, I only eat when I'm hungry, I feel bad when I do eat when I'm full

I have had times were, after eating too much, or having a particularly depressing gastronomic experience, thought "Maybe I should just give up food altogether. -_-"

I do that a lot. The way I keep it down is trying to regulate my eating times and amounts. If I had a set pattern to when I do it and make my own food (like when I bring a lunch for school) it helps keep me regular. In eating, I mean. blaugh

try to make a plan of 3 times a day when your going to eat and what your goign to eat and maybe your body will become used to this behaveior and stop your eating habits

Well, for those who try to regulate what you eat: Don't cut down immediately. Slowly eat less so your body can get used to it.
If you eat alot, your body is used to it and you will want to eat even when full.
If it's getting unhealthy, then find something else to do when you feel like eating. Your health should always be considered.

I do something similar to that in the summer. I'll sleep a lot and eat very little.

Me personally, I don't eat enough. I have appetite issues...like i don't get hungry. Its weird.
However, my good friend can eat and eat. Its actually pretty amazing how much she can put away in a single sitting even when shes already full.

I do that SO much. Hungry, not hungry, hungry, not hungry... AHH. It's hard to deal with. I try to control it as well as I can. I need a regular, set pattern. That way I have no choice.
