I woudl go with $250 as a minimum but you could likley get $300+ on a bundle like that without much trouble at all

I would say start the bid at $250 and let people fight over it, I'm guessing it will probably get up to $400-$500 before people stop. Unless that is you need the money right away, if so don't go any less then $300, it will sell in a heart beat if you put the buy it now price at that.
