Name: Daemetia
Gender: Female
Mate: None
RoomMates: Iro.
Description: Daemetia is a very beautiful female. She has sleek dark purple fur, except for around her face, tip of her tail, and legs. Around those areas she has light purple fur. In the darker parts of her body she has light purple swirls. Daemetia has piercing dark teal eyes.
Personality: Daemetia, as her name may suggest, is very...crazy. She loves to chase things and 'hunt'; aka swat things around until she finally becomes bored or the object is torn to pieces. When around other dusts, she acts much calmer, especially around dusts she doesn't know. But as she becomes used to them, Daemetia will become a bit more outgoing. She could be described as a bit naive, and not noticing when something is meant to be an insult. Insults she trys to ignore, and not become angry. For the most part, Daemetia succeeds at this.

Rules

1) Please, OOC is ok, but no spamming, please. This is a RP board!
2) Daemetia may not take to liking a sudden intrusion, but other dusts are welcome! But don't expect Iro to be happy about it.
3) Literacy! Literacy!
4) No killing any dusts please. Due to Daemetia's nature, there may be dead mice, but no dead dusts.
5) No eating the dead mice. You won't have appetite for supper!
6) It would be preferred that there would be no humans here, but if they come with their dusts, it is fine. Daemetia's human tends to not be at the house often, and Daemetia tends not to appreciate their company without her human.

A female dust sprints through her new home, running through the wide halls like a wild dust. The halls of the home are a beautiful dark teal, matching the female's eyes perfectly. The warm, clean carpeting of the house is dark purple with light swirls, compleminting her fur.
She is Daemetia, the first inhabitant of her home. Daemetia has nicknamed it 'Daemetia's slice of the sky', since the view of the sky from the roof is spectacular. The female dust doesn't even slow down as she takes a running leap at the stairs, bounding up them four or five at a time. Within a few seconds she finally comes to a halt on the roof of the home, the night sky just beginning to light up with stars. Daemetia slowly sits down, panting slightly. She had been running around the house the last hour; of course she was tired. The sky became lit with the lights of the millions of stars. Daemetia watched in awe. There were so many! And any one of them could be a dust like herself, made of a single wish that came to the ground. She flapped her double sets of wings, one pair angel wings and one pair demon wings, at the thought.

Daemetia bounced back down the stairs, happy at the sight of the beautiful stars. She crept over to her room, which was also purple with teal walls, and curled up on her bed. It had the same design as the floo, so Daemetia fit in perfectly. The female half-breed dust decided to go to bed. It was about 1 AM, after all. The next day would hold many adventures.

The next morning, Daemetia awoke with a mumble. The sun was shining in through the curtains, spreading their beautiful teal light everywhere. For a few moments the dustling considered covering her eyes with her tail, but then decided against it. She stratched out, slowly creeping out of bed.

From the direction of the river, two silhouettes in the air gradually became larger as they got closer. And larger. And larger. Soon, two male Serpents could be seen gliding towards the ground, one calm and noble-looking, the other mischievous and disorderly. The teal "gentleman" settled upon the ground whereas the gold one zoomed in to a fast landing.

The first Serpent, dark turquoise with black markings down his back, stood up and slithered over to the door of the house. The second one, slightly smaller and younger, stood aloof while his companion knocked to announce their arrival.

Daemetia was surprised to hear a knock at her door. Swiftly she bounded across the house, until finally she reached the door. Standing on her hind legs, she managed to turn the door-knob and open the door. The female dust then returned to all four of her legs and peered at theperson knocking.
Two serpents? Now isn't that odd. "May I help you?" She whispered quietly. Her voice was deeper than the average female's voice, but that said little. Daemetia's voice was still beautiful.

While the gold-coloured Serpent was sneering behind his elder's back, the dark-turquoise one was already introducing himself and his companion. "Hello, I am Darien, and this is Aure. As you are new here-"

"-Newer than us-"

"-Well, yes, I guess we're new too, but seeing as you just got here I thought we could welcome you to, umm, here. Aure, do you still have the gift or did you drop it on the way?"

Sticking his tongue out at Darien, Aure slithered forward (Not without "accidentally" shouldering the larger Serpent) and presented Daemetia with a wrapped piece of smoked fish. "Welcome to the neighborhood," Aure said with another sneer, though his eyes wandered to the Dustling's wings.

Darien smiled fatherly and bowed his head in a formal greeting.

Daemetia seemed shocked. "Thank you!" She whispered, also bowing her head. They were so...nice. The female dustling took the fish, setting it on a table near to door. It looked so good...That would be her lunch. She trotted back to the door, smiling at the serpents.
"Thank you for the fish. It looks delicious. Where do you live? May I stop for a visit sometime?" 'It would be absolutely wonderful if I could see the two occasionally,' Daemetia thought.

Darien smiled, and said, "We live just yonder, next to the river on that hill. It may be hard to find, but there's a hole that leads to my home and the caves about it."

"I'm trying to get my own place," said Aure.

"Well, for now we are both living in my caverns. They are open to all visitors, foxes, dusts, serpents, even humans. You can come over any time."

Aure, ignoring common decency, said, "Can we come in, now? It's getting cold out."

Daemetia listened carefully to the instructions. She would have to visit sometime. When Aure mentioned coming in, she sweated a little. "Of course! I'm sorry to keep you out there." The purple dustling backed up, gesturing to a few, of course, purple swirled seats in the room the door led to.

Aure pushed ahead and scraped his shoulders against the doorframe, unaware, then coiled up uncertainly in front of one of the chairs. Darien, embarrassed for his companion's rudeness, squeezed his large body through the door and put his mouth near one of the golden serpent's four ears.

"We are guests," he hissed, "and this behaviour will not be tolerated."

Darien, glowering at his friend, turned to Daemetia and he smoothly smiled, not letting on that anything more than a frown had ever been on his face. "We thank you very much for allowing us to visit."

The gold Serpent, usually mischievous and more of the party-type, was very subdued; He respected Darien, even if he denied it, for the turquoise Comet Serpent had been like a father to the abandoned reptilian.

Daemetia didn't seem at all insulted. "Come any time." She nodded to them, smiling as well. She took a seat across form where Aure lay curled up. And now for the hard part. It was easy to respond to a conversation, but starting conversations was something Daemetia had never been good at, and that wasn't about to change in the blink of an eye.
"So..." She started quietly, unsure of herself, "how long have you two lived in this area?"
