That's happened to me. Well, not exactly.
Somebody was breaking into my neighbors car at 6 am while I was getting ready for school, so I called 911, but they said "Sir, it's probably the owner, goodbye." and hung up. I was pissed. I talked to the guy who's car was stolen the next day, and he was really upset about ******** officials.

I think every call should be taken very seriously, and that people who goof off and prank call 911 should be dealt with extremely harshly. Things like that just shouldn't happen.
