We wear head dresses, as we are the Choctawhatchee Indians! W00t! *flips a peace sign* oh yeah. hmm...i'll try and find a picture...but do you like wearing your head gear? I like my head dress...i feel unbalanced without it during marching season...haha.

My band wears good 'ol fashioned shakos, but at UIL this year one band had on these nifty mask things. @_@

Our band wears cowboy hats most of the time, but this year since we did Pirates of the Carribean we wore pirate bandanas. they were cool cause they had the skull and cross bones on them and even our band director, who is bald wink , wore one.

We used to all wear berets (considering our mascot is a Scotsman), but with our new director, we have shakos. They are shakos with silver eagles and are blue and white, but we're getting new ones next year.

well we kindof wear shakos but they are acually black helmets that look like the old school police helmets and they have plumes on top

My high school band wore fedoras on a normal basis (except my junior year, when we wore top hots). And we usually did jazz/swing shows. My college bands wear shakos, but no the old fashing furry ones. Hard to describe/

Shakos are my favorite piece of my uniform, except the suspenders that is. Our Shakos are black with black and silver plumes and they have a silver eagle on the front.
