Okay... I talked it over with my boyfriend, and I think I'm going to try being an active feedee. I don't want to gain a lot of weght in case I'm unhappy (I figure I'll work in intervals because the more I gain the harder it will be to change my mind.) I currently weight about 139, but my goal is 150. Does anyone have a good weight gain technique or anything? Anything with fast results?

I'm not an expert, but I'd say start slowly increasing serving sizes.

RyoBeat I'm not an expert, but I'd say start slowly increasing serving sizes. I have a real fast metabolism. I don't know if it would work. I already stuff myself to bursting. sweatdrop Someone had mentioned crash dieting. (fasting all day, then binging like crazy at dinner). Do you know how effective that is? 0_o

I would suggest not crash dieting. It's got detrimental effects on your health and will even increase your chances of not being able to lose the weight later on, should you choose to do so.
Perhaps look at what exactly you eat and then try to mix in foods that are high in calories.

This article: http://www.geocities.com/doctorfeeder/htgf.htmlshould be helpful. Also, I find buttered sugar is delicious. Apart their hard to endure, but when you mix butter with sugar (generally more sugar) its delicious high-calorie fun.

ok, here's how today went. I skipped breakfast to slow my metabolic rate. For lunch I had a huge sandwhich made on a sweet roll with pastrami, cream cheese, bacon, and avacado. I topped it off with a bag of cool ranch Doritos and a bottle of chocolate milk. For dinner I had a plate of leftover spaghetti, 2 packets of Easy Mac (I added butter of course) and chased it down with a tall glass of whole milk. (my belly's all bloated and round-like. 3nodding ) Later tonight I'll have some ice cream sandwhiches and another glass of milk. Then, right before I go to bed I'll eat a peanuutbutter sandwhich, a peanutbutter cookie, and top it off with a bottle of Ensure.
How does that sound? 0_o
