a wile ago i couldent find my mp3 player and then my sister saw a kid with one just like it and he never got one and he said it was his friends but his mom called and his friends mom said he never hade one and i think he took it out of my moms car cause he gets a ride with us and he goes threw all the stuff in the back seat and it was in the pocket on the back of the seat also he is in 9th grade comes home drunk and most the stuff he has is stolen but the worst part is i have a bad temper and every time i see him it takes every thing i have not to choke him to death and my sister knew it was mine cause it had a playlist as my name and i put my name on a playlist so id know if it were mine if someone els tride to clame it as theres

have your mom call his mom and say that you think he might have accidentally grabed your mp3 player. tell her that your name is on yours and if his mom could just look and see or maybe have him bring it over and show your mom. Nothing wrong in claiming what is yours, just do it respectfully.
