Hot Lolli

Co-Ownership between Hot Lolli and Tefla:



RP Rights:
Both Hot Lolli and Tefla will have 100% IC roleplay rights, each playing a seperate and specific "personality". Neither of us will impose on the other's roleplays without permission first. Tefla will have full OOC roleplay rights while Lolli will have none.

Breeding Rights:
-The first breeding will belong to Hot Lolli and will not count towards Tefla in any way, nor will Tefla recieve a basket from that breeding.
- The second breeding will belong to Tefla, will not count towards Lolli in any way, nor will Lolli recieve a basket from that breeding.
- The third breeding will count towards both of us. In that occurance of three baskets one will go to Hot Lolli, one will go Tefla, and one will go to the owner of the breeding partner. If there are only two baskets, who the basket goes to will be discussed and agreed upon by both Hot Lolli and Tefla.
- Hot Lolli has the final say in any/all breeding partners.

Sig Rights:
Both Tefla and Hot Lolli have full sig rights.

Failure to follow this agreement will be taked about first, and should it persist this agreement will be made void and posted so.

RP Rights: Lilly_Foxx will retain all RP privileges and per Sweeny_Revenge's urging will also retain OOC privileges

Lilly_Foxx will consult Sweenys_Revenge on all breedings. The scenarios below pertain to the result of two baskets. If a third comes along we will discuss what is to happen to it.

First breeding: The owner of the mare and Sweenys_Revenge

Second Breeding: The owner of the mare and Lilly_Foxx

Third Breeding: If there are only two baskets; Sweenys_Revenge and Lilly_Foxx will discuss who gets it. If there are three baskets the mare's owner, Lilly_Foxx AND Sweenys_Revenge will get a basket.

Both Sweenys_Revenge and Lilly_Foxx have sig rights.

Huroggmeten shall remain an owner in name only. She may still display Evelyn in her signature, Teepee banners, or other herd images if she so does chose.
If she claims rights to one of Evelyn's two remaining breedings, the she requests that she be considered as the owner of a future basket from one of Evelyn's breedings, though she understands if an alternative owner is selected. This may be done by either Upside.-.Down's co-owning of her basket from the breeding, or by the gifting of a third basket to Huroggmeten. HUROGGMETEN NEED NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR A BREEDING TO OCCUR, though she would appreciate being notified. <3

Upside.-.Down shall retain full roleplay rights, the decision to chose a (life)mate and when to breed, and the right to determine Evelyn's future character development. It is required that her personality and the relationships developed thus far be acknowledged. However, in the event that the owner of Evelyn's current love interest wishes to negate the relationship formed, or feels discontented about the change in roleplaying partners between the pair, Upside.-.Down may chose to go in a different direction.

Summary:
- Both may display Evelyn in any manner they so chose.
- Upside.-.Down retains sole roleplay and breeding rights.

Stipulations:
SHOULD UPSIDE.-.DOWN FAIL TO ROLEPLAY EVELYN FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS, A WARNING WILL BE ISSUED BY HURROGGMETEN THROUGH THE METHOD OF HER CHOOSING. This warning will state that if Upside.-.Down continues to neglect Evelyn roleplay-wise, the co-ownership will be terminated.
IF UPSIDE.-.DOWN CHOOSES TO IGNORE THIS WARNING AND FAILS TO ROLEPLAY EVELYN FOR AN ADDITIONAL FOUR WEEKS, CO-OWNERSHIP WILL BE TERMINATED.

IF UPSIDE.-.DOWN DISAPPEARS (does not log in to Gaia at all) WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS, DURING WHICH TIME SHE FAILS TO ROLEPLAY EVELYN, FULL ROLEPLAY AND BREEDING RIGHTS OF EVELYN SHALL REVERT TO HUROGGMETEN. Termination of co-ownership shall be considered upon Upside.-.Down's return and the reasoning behind her absence.
